INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Refrigerated Transport Electronics (RTE), |Network and Embedded Engineer, Co-op, McGraw, New York| May 18 – Aug 18
• Configured, Maintained the Cisco Routers and Switches and Implementation of Static, EIGRP, OSPF, routing protocols and
troubleshooting remote infrastructure management of offices in different locations nationwide.
• Used PSoC 4 kit to implement many projects and serially communicate using UART using programming and ran in COM terminal
using puTTY SSH and Telnet Client.
RC Infotech, Network Support Engineer, Mysore, India July 2016 – Jun 2017
• Configured Cisco Routers and implemented routing protocols for client systems and VLAN Trunking 802.1Q, STP, and Port
Security on Catalyst 4500-X switch. IP address Management, Sub netting, also troubleshooting network problems with TCP/IP.
• Used Wireshark packet capture tool to capture and analyze packets travelling across the network. Also worked on Amazon Web
services (AWS) and implemented solutions using EC2, Amazon Simple Storage Service - S3, DynamoDB.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Junior Network Engineer Intern, Mysore, India Aug 2014 – July 2015
• The training areas covered vast spectrum of topics such as Digital Switching, Data communication and Information Technology:
MPLS, VPN, Broadband, IPv4, IPv6, Database Administration, Server Administration, IT Security, Access Networks, Management,
Telecom Finance, and Telecom Network Planning, HTTP & FTP services, VLAN, STP setup using cisco packet tracer.
• Successfully completed silver, gold and platinum certification courses.
PROJECTS
• VLAN traffic flow between two buildings using L3 switches Sept 2018 – Nov 2018
Employed Cisco Packet tracer to design 2 buildings containing 3 VLANs on L2 Switches. Installed L3 switches as default gateways,
pAgP link aggregation. Configured DHCP on L3 switch. SVI’s for Inter-VLAN routing and HSRP. Load balancing between L3 switches.
• Bilge Sensor using Communication Module May 2018 – Aug 2018
A bilge sensor is used to monitor the level of water in the bilge and generate alarms in conditions when the water level is higher
than the threshold. The communication is achieved using RF band Interfaced PSoC with radiometric NTX0 and NRX0-27.095(MHz),
keep track of the packets using Wireshark and remotely monitor the data in COM terminal using PuTTY SSH and Telnet Client.
• Simulation of MPLS Label Description Protocol using GNS3 Jan 2018 – April 2018
Responsible for understanding of Cisco IOS using CLI, developed a network simulation using GNS3 and implemented the topology
for understanding how MPLS protocol works. Configured routers using OSPF & analyzed packet flow using Wireshark.
• Browser to browser Audio/Video communications using WebRTC Aug 2017 – Oct 2017
Real time communication was established between peers where audio, video, and data are exchanged using JavaScript. Used API
such as Media stream to access camera & mic, RTC peer connection & RTC data channel for communication. STUN and TURN servers
are used to enable p2p communication.
• SIP based Voice Over Wireless Ad-Hoc Network (VoIP) Nov 2016 – Jan 2017
Configured SIP clients, established and analyzed a successful call between SIP clients. Developed client-side application using
python and PJSIP libraries.
