    Dear Members of the Admissions Committee,

    I am writing to express my strong interest in applying for the short program in Bahasa
    Indonesia at Airlangga University. My name is Daigo Bernadetha Haule, a Tanzanian
    citizen deeply passionate about language and cultural exchange. I am confident that
    participating in this program will significantly enhance my linguistic abilities and
    cultural understanding, enabling me to strengthen the bonds between Tanzania and
    Indonesia.

    As a Tanzanian, I recognize the importance of learning Bahasa Indonesia as a means to


    bridge cultural and linguistic gaps between our countries. By immersing myself in this
    program, I aim to not only acquire proficiency in the language but also gain a deeper
    appreciation of Indonesian traditions, history, and values. This knowledge will equip me
    to serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration
    between our nations.

    Additionally, I believe this program will broaden my academic and professional


    horizons. The ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia will open
    opportunities to engage in international collaborations, particularly in the fields of
    education, diplomacy, and trade. My long-term goal is to contribute to projects and
    initiatives that promote cross-cultural partnerships, and this program is a vital step
    toward achieving that goal.

    Airlangga University’s reputation for excellence in language education and cultural


    immersion programs is what draws me to your institution. I am eager to learn from the
    university’s experienced instructors and to interact with fellow participants from
    diverse backgrounds, which will undoubtedly enrich my learning experience.

    I am grateful for the opportunity to apply for this scholarship, and I sincerely hope that
    my application will be considered favorably. I am committed to putting my utmost effort
    into excelling in the program and contributing positively to the learning community.
