Dear K Nagarjun,

With reference to the application made to our organization we have pleasure in offering you an
appointment as Associate - Food Services (Grade - S2) in our Organisation with effect from
05 September 2022 on the following terms and conditions of service.

1. The salary applicable to you including basic salary and other allowances and benefits are
given in Annexure A. Matters relating to your remuneration are strictly personal and
confidential between you and the organisation and should be treated as such. Additionally, you
will be governed by terms and conditions of service as highlighted below.

2. Your place of work will be at Bangalore. However, you may be required to work anywhere in
India or overseas, if the organisation so directs based on the exigencies of work.

3. You will be on Probation for a period of 180 days from the date of joining. This period may be
extended at the Company’s discretion. During the probationary period, the arrangement could
be terminable. Either party will be required to give 15 days notice or salary in lieu, without
assigning any reason.

4. On confirmation your services can be terminated by giving 30 days notice in writing or by


giving equivalent salary (Basic Salary) in lieu of such notice from either side. The Company
reserves the right to recover salary in lieu of any unserved notice period. Under normal
circumstances you would be required to serve the stipulated notice period and early release
would be at the sole discretion of the management. You are also required to note that the
notice period cannot be set off against any unavailed or balance leave that is in your credit at
the time of resignation.

5. On termination of this contract of appointment, you will immediately give up to the Company
before you are relieved, all correspondence, specifications, formulae, books, documents, cost
data, market data, literature, drawings, effects or records, laptop, mobile sim and other effects
belonging to the Company or relating to its business and shall not make or retain any copies as
mentioned herein.

6. You will be entitled to Provident Fund as per the rules and any other statutory provisions that is
made applicable to the employees in the organization.

7. You will do and perform all such duties as may be entrusted to you from time to time, in the
above capacity, or in any other capacity, to the best of your ability.

8. You will be governed by the rules and regulations of the company as may be in force or
amended from time to time. You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of
personal conduct and integrity and comply with all company policies and procedures.

9. You will render any/all other related/unrelated services that the management may call upon
you to do in consonance with the business objectives of the company.

10. While employed with this company, you will not in any circumstances be permitted to work for
any other firm or person, either whole time or part time, to own, or in any way be associated
with any firm or person as advisor, director or partner, whether paid or not, for your services,
without prior written permission of the company.

11. As a member (employee) of the Company, you have access to and /or knowledge of
confidential information which you are required to keep in confidence and refrain from sharing
to external sources. In case of such breach occurring you will be liable for disciplinary action
which would lead to extreme case of termination from the company.

12. You shall not during your employment with the company or afterwards:

a) Disclose to anyone (except someone authorized by the company or as required by your


duties under your employment agreement or by law) or

b) Use for your own purpose or for any purpose other than those of the company, or

c) Through any failure to exercise all due care and diligence, cause any unauthorized
disclosure of any confidential information of the company relating to its operations,
marketing and sales or any other confidential information which you obtain by virtue of
your employment or in respect of which the company is bound by an obligation of
confidence to a third party. Confidential information will not include the following:

d) Disclose any information or knowledge which other than by the employees default
becomes available to the public generally.

e) Disclose any information which becomes part of employees own professional skill and
knowledge and which, apart from the provisions of this order could lawfully be used by
the said employee for that purpose.

f) Disclose any information that the Company has expressly granted with prior written
consent to disclosure or publication.

13. Your nature of work and designation are liable to be changed as and when required by the
management without necessarily assigning any reason and you shall on receipt of such orders
act accordingly.

14. You shall deliver up to the company’s expectation from time to time and on your resignation
and/or termination of your employment, all notes and (electronic Data) records (including
copies) made or received by you relating to your work for the company and all other materials
containing confidential information of the company will have to be returned to the organization.

15. You are expected to maintain confidentiality of information residing in mobile computing
devices such as portable laptops, notebooks, palmtops, other transportable computers and
storage media. You are responsible for maintaining information security outside the premises
of organization and outside the normal working hours.

16. In the event of breach of the obligations, you shall be liable for any and all damages caused to
the company.Such damages would include actual damages and lost profits. The respective
regulations of the laws of India will be applicable and enforced.

17. You will be governed by all app related software like Obopay/Farm ERP or any other similar
device introduced from time to time for your daily activity tracking.

18. At the time of separation you will be solely responsible for all the reconciliations to be done in
you sales ordering/receivables management under your direct purview and accountability.
Your full and final settlement will be effected only when the due certification and clearance is
obtained from your concerned Department Head.

19. This letter of appointment is made on the basis of information provided by you in the company
application form. Attested copies of your certificates, testimonials and previous employment
records should be submitted along with the photocopies for verification. If any declarations
given by you to the Company prove to be false or if you are found to have willfully suppressed
any material information, you will be liable to be removed from service without any notice.

20. The official language of communication in the company will be English.

21. You shall retire at the age of 58 years.
