Hello everyone,

As previously announced, the LINK team is happy to offer you a basic PROGRAM / “Other requesters” training
session, to allow new PROGRAM / Other requesters (HR, admin security… etc) users (beginner level) to get to grips
with the tool as quickly as possible. This invitation must therefore be forwarded by the LINK focal points of each
Country office to the new PROGRAM / “Other requesters” users!
This training/presentation will cover the main PROGRAM / Other requesters functionalities of the tool, as
following:
- INTRO
- Catalog
- Creation of Procurement Lines
- Validation of Procurement Lines
- Technical validation of Purchase Dossier & Framework Dossier

- Inkind donation Management
