Entrepreneurs.
At E-Cell, SATI, we cultivate this entrepreneurial spirit, extending its
impact beyond campus. Established in 2014, our vision has grown,
now embraced by 94 members and many others who’ve experienced
our dynamic events, discussions, and workshops.
With our motto, “Thumbs up Entrepreneurship,” we empower aspiring
entrepreneurs to overcome limitations and achieve results. Through
unforgettable experiences, we gain essential skills, broaden our
perspectives, and organize impactful activities like inviting industry

SUMMARY OF TREASURE HUNT 2.0

The event, starting at 12:00 PM, featured a

competition judged by startup cell jury members
and chief guest Dr. Akhilesh Tiwari. Mixed teams of
participants competed under pre-communicated
rules. A mid-event break with refreshments was
arranged, and prizes were distributed by the chief
guest.
The management team, comprising 3rd- and 2nd-
year students, organized internal meetings, planned
the event, and handled promotions. The
promotional poster was designed collaboratively by
members from both years. Announcement and
anchoring duties were efficiently managed by the
team. The final winner was announced as Sarthak
Gour, a final-year student.
Despite minor misbehavior by some participants,
the event concluded successfully, highlighting
strong coordination, effective management, and a
well-structured competition.

SUMMARY OF SQUID GAME

Introduce freshies to our student-led organisation, E-cell
SATI, and cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit among
them.Also to keep the fervor of our club in the college
and challenge students to break the mold and
eccentrically solve problems.
The ceremony, which was set to begin at 11 a.m.,
included renowned jury members and a key guest. The
event began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by
three competitive rounds and a bonus round for the top
ten participants.
The winners earned cash prizes and certificates, and all
participants received sponsor discount vouchers. The
management team led internal meetings that included
topics such as planning, promotion, and design. The tech
team was in charge of managing question connections,
while selected members served as event hosts.
Despite a delayed start due to bad management, the first
event was completed on time thanks to teamwork. A
large crowd attended, but an electrical outage caused
announcement complications. Important guidelines
emphasised honesty, time management, attentive
listening, and strict respect to game regulations. The
tech team managed question links, and the event was
anchored by selected members. Despite a late start due

SUMMARY OF BRAINWAVE BASH

This event gives students a stage where their imaginations
run wild, their marketing chops are on display, and
laughter reverberates.Our objective is to provide guests
with an engaging and entertaining platform to showcase
their marketing abilities, while also paying tribute to the
innovative spirit.
On November 18, 2023, at 10:30 AM in the Smart
Classroom on SATI Campus, a startup competition was
organized with faculty supervisors Prof. Ajay Goel and Dr.
Divya Rishi Sahu as jury members. Dr. Akhilesh Tiwari, the
director, was the honorary guest. The event comprised
two rounds: an Ad-mad-show and a Startup Quiz.Round 1,
the following Ad MadShow, involved participants
creatingadvertisements with catchy taglines for startup
topics. The top 20 students from round 1 proceeded to
Round 2, the Startup Quiz, where they answered questions
about new startups. The top 3 participants were then
selected.
The management team, including Aman Choudhary,
Dwivedi Prachi, Shantanu Sharma, Priya Jain, and Poonam
Raut, handled internal meetings. The promotional efforts,
including a poster, involved team members like Joshi
Aanya, Gourav Vaishnav, Saksham Jain, and Poonam Raut.
Despite time management challenges and a smaller team
size leading to extended rounds, the event concluded
successfully with winners receiving certificates and cash
prizes. Recommendations for future events include better
coordination, avoiding miscommunication, ensuring
confident ad presentations, conducting online quizzes for
efficiency, and evaluating participants' mental abilities
and presence of mind.

SUMMARY OF REBOOTRISE
RebootRise: Reviving the Entrepreneurial Spirit
Our goal is to give attendees a networking venue where
they can demonstrate their capacity to turn around
failing enterprises. It also showed how to support the
creation of innovative, workable, and realistic ideas that
can help firms who are suffering difficulties.
The event, scheduled to commence at 11 am following
discussions in an interclub meeting, began with
participants checking in at the registration desk. The
team verified participant details and provided necessary
instructions. Faculty members Prof. Ajay Goel and Dr.
Divya Rishi Sahu served as jury members, with Dr.
Akhilesh Tiwari as the guest of honor.
The event initiated with the traditional lighting of the
lamp and a welcome address for Dr. Akhilesh Tiwari.
Each jury member emphasized the significance of the
event and the revival of startups. President Mr. Sarthak
Gour provided participants with event guidelines and an
overview. Struggling or failed startups were randomly
assigned to participants, who engaged in developing
revival strategies.During the presentation round,
participants presented their strategies to the jury,
receiving feedback and scores. Results were announced,
and winning participants were awarded certificates and
cash prizes.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Mr.
Sarthak Gour to all participants and winners.

SUMMARY OF STANDUP STARTUP

This event was organized in order to better grasp our

college's entrepreneurial culture and fervor Giving
opportunity to showcase the dormant potential of a
student.
Our aim is to encourage participants to present their
products or business concepts effectively,receive
feedback and compete for recognition and support.The
event, starting at 10 AM, featured a competition where
participants presented startup ideas through various
rounds, including product design and pitch. The jury,
consisting of college faculty and a guest of honor,
evaluated the products, and winners were awarded cash
prizes and certificates.Internal meetings were conducted
by the management team, overseeing arrangements and
coordination. Promotion and design were handled by
dedicated teams, contributing to the event's success.
Anchoring and announcements were managed by selected
team members, and winners were declared by senior
students.Volunteering was carried out by additional
members who demonstrated good coordination and
behavior during the event. Constructive feedback on
product presentation and pricing was provided,
emphasizing the importance of appealing packaging and
adjusting price points for better market positioning. The
positive product reviews were noted, but the need for
higher authority validation for audience trust was
highlighted. Overall, the event showcased effective
teamwork and valuable insights for product improvement.

Finance Department

Funds Raised: E-Cell had the most successful fundraising year in comparison to
previous years from sponsors for the various events this year and 13,000 INR
from Squid games last year.

Enhancement of Financial Literacy:

E-cell offers entertaining training sessions and workshops to improve our club
members' financial literacy.

Expense Control: The financial staff of Ecell closely monitors and controls the
expenses. Expenses are distributed according to necessity, urgency, and priority
under the direction of the finance head.

Grant Utilization: E-cell makes sure that funds received from outside sources
are used for initiatives that are entirely consistent with our mission. It is
transforming monetary contributions into significant results that enhance our
communities.

Transparency Index: By offering a comprehensive view of the allocation of each

rupee, E-cell ensures that our financial reporting is crystal clear as it makes the
community accountable.

Social Media Engagement: Reach: The number of accounts reached in a month

increased by 65.3%. Impressions: Within ten hours after its publication, the most
recent post received over 2000 views.

Mentions: In their posts, Ecell of IIT Indore, KITCOEK, and RGPV have all made
reference to E-cell SATI.

Follower growth: in just two months, the number of followers increased by 40%.

Event Attendance: Over 200 people attended the events.

Content performance: The club's Instagram feed is active, with regular posts of
pertinent content.

Collaboration and Partnership

Successful alliances and partnerships have been formed with the entrepreneurial
cells of several universities, including RGPV, IIT Indore, and specific brands.

Forms are distributed following the completion of event, and the results have
shown that the participants were well satisfied with the event.

The ECELL event had 100 attendees at first, and that number rose by
about 100% from the previous year.
We saw an incredible 100% rise in attendance for our event, which was a
significant improvement over the prior year. This significant increase
demonstrates the growing attractiveness, impact, and popularity of our
ECELL event both inside and outside of our community.

The general delight expressed by all attendees at our events has made
them synonymous with widespread joy and fulfillment. The
overwhelming joy emanating from our community is evidence of the
careful preparation, careful execution, and captivating content that
define our events.
This shared excitement highlights the accomplishment of our dedication
to making activities enjoyable and memorable for all participants. It goes
beyond simple involvement, creating a sincere feeling of the success of
our commitment to creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for

This year's growth: an impressive increase of 276% is accomplished in

2023.

Fresh faces: there are a combined 88 new recruits from the dual
recruitment events held this year.

Retention Success: Achieved impressive retention levels despite 19

members leaving due to graduation.

Variety of Members: Our group consists of 42 students from the

second year, 36 from third year, and 11 from the final year, ensuring equal
representation across academic years.

Number of Members: At the moment, we boast an impressive total of

94 members. Thinking about sustainability and development.

Organized two effective and influential recruitment events in April

and October this year for the classes of 2026 and 2027.
