    Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Pitogo High School Memorandum


    Number 1 Series of 2023

    To: All Senior Scouts, BSP-PHS Officers, Outfit Advisors, Staffs

    Subject: Suspension of Senior Scout Due to Misconduct

    1. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines always seeks to lead and do things guided by the
    Scout Oath and Law, it is a Scout’s duty to always abide by the rules and regulations set
    forth by the organization.

    2. As the Senior Crew Leader/President of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Pitogo High
    School, by the power vested in me by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, I hereby declare
    a 100 year suspension for Scout. Louise Yvan Caliboso, for misconduct outside the
    school premises and being reported by a fellow Scout namely Scout. Kenzrick King
    Rosete.

    3. All Scouting Duties and privileges will now be removed from Scout. Louise Yvan
    Caliboso, with this we hope he learns from his mistake and to never repeat it again even
    to other people, a Scout must always “Live by the Scout Oath and Law” as said in the
    Senior Scout Code.
