1、Software installation
Double-click to run DoorKq V3.0.exe and follow the steps as shown in the below picture
Note:It is recommended to install the time attendance software on other disks, because the C drive is prone to data loss of the time attendance
software due to reinstallation of the operating system.

2、Database selection and connection
This software comes with an Access database, which can be used after installation, but this method is only recommended when the
attendance employee is less than 100. If there are more than 100 attendance employees , MS SQL Server database is recommended.
2.1Connect to SQL database(this operation requires certain expertise, it is recommended to be operated by the company's network
administrator)

As is shown in the below picture, After clicking “System management”and ”database setting ”a database selection windows pops up.The
options are described in the following table:

Database Access Default database,it is recommended when the attendance employee less than 100
Option SQL Server MS SQL Server database is recommended when the attendance employee more than 100
Server IP (local)\SQLEXPRESS The database on this computer where software is installed, directly fill in”(local)\SQLEXPRESS”

3、Data backup /Restore
Select “System management” “Backup Database” After that the software will open the folder automatically where the backup file is located and
will prompt“Backup Database Done”
Select “System management” “Restore Database”, After clicking , select the corresponding backup file according to the type of database and
will prompt "Restore succeeded"

4、Software usage guidelines

Click the desktop system icon, the system login interface will pop up , As is shown below .The system default user name is admin and the
password is blank.To ensure system data security, it is recommended that users modify the login password then logging in for the first time.

As is shown below,click “Add”or “Edit”to fill in corresponding information ,the options are described below:

3.1 Add/Edit Staff Info
As for registering face of Dynamic face machine , just need to import a picture in “Add Staff Photo”, the specification of the picture shown
as below

四、Attendance Management
1、Attendance Rule
Set basic attendance rules , As was shown in the below picture, set Late in /early leave/absence rule and weekend

2、Shift Schedule
Set work in /out time ,there can be one or more time periods under a shift,As shown below
1)、 Office employee check in four times a day ,Morning shift 09:00-12:00 , Afternoon shift 13:00-18:00.
2)、 Workshop employee check in six times a day , Morning shift 08:30-11:30,Afternoon shift:13:00-17:30,Night shift 19:00-21:00

Click “Add”、“Edit”to set shift , detailed shift is accordance with the attendance system of the company

3、 Arrange Shift
After setting the shift ,then arrange shift of the staff . Select Staff - Enter Date range-Show date Table-Drag the mouse to arrange shift in the date
list,Blue squares represent the Saturday and Sunday of each month

According to statutory holidays and company holiday arrangements, fill the information into the holiday setting .

7. Attendance Report
Attendance report can be divided into the following tables : All Clocking Report,Work Time Report,Work Time Summary Report, Shift
Schedule
Among them, the Work Time Report and the Work Time Summary Report are the statistics after the software analyzed according to
the attendance rules and shift schedule. You need to go through "Process IN/OUT Records Report" to check the report data.After the
"Process IN/OUT Records Report", data can be filtered according to date, personnel departments in the query function.
Click the "Process IN/OUT Records Report" , select the person,date range, and click the "save" to start analyzing the data, as shown in the
figure below:
