Enter “Username” & “Password” then Click on “Login”


Note: Username & Password both are case sensitive

b) How t check value capping


From Main Menu click “Reports” and then click “Invoice Management”
This will show your value capping (Balance)

Important:
If your balance low/end just send a top up request to your respective PSM
(Just like supplement capping request). PK office will work out on your
request and top up your balance without cash (if not increasing your limit)

c) How to Check your Ticketing & Non Ticketing IDs List


From Main Menu click “Reservation” tab, click “My Profile” and then click
“Show User List”
This will show your IDs list

d) You can delete existing Ticketing/Non Ticketing ID by clicking on “Delete”


Also can change a Ticketing ID into Non Ticketing and vice versa by clicking
on “CHANGE ROLE”
Note: A deleted ID can restore by clicking “Remove Ban”

e) How to create Sub Agent IDs


From Main Menu click “Reservation” tab, click “My Profile” and then “Add
New User”
How to create Ticketing ID
Just give “Full name”, “New Password” & “Confirm new password”
Then “Save” it

How to create Non Ticketing ID


By click in “Is Add Sub Agent” you can create Non Ticketing ID
Important:
Sr Code: give any numeric words
Sr City Code: select city name from drop down menu
Sr Tax No: give your “Sr IATA Code”
Sr Tax Office: give your “Sr IATA Code”
How to give value capping to Non Ticketing ID
Important:
After transfer an amount to Sub Agent your actual balance will decrease
and you cannot reverse this amount but can restrict this sub agent to issue
ticket.

How to restrict ticketing of a Sub Agent after allocating value capping


Click “CHANGE ROLE”
Then click “Delete”. This will stop ticketing of Sub Agent having value
capping.

How to give ticketing access again to Sub Agent have value capping
Just click “Add Role”
f) Make Reservation
Select your “Origin”, “Destination”, “Date of Travel”, No. of Pax” and click
“Flight Search”

If Stop Count is 1 or 2, we can see its detail


Select your class and click “Continue”

Fill “ * ” compulsory information of pax and click “Continue”


g) How to Add Flights in Existing PNR
Display PNR and click “Add Flight”
h) How to Change Flights in Existing PNR
Display PNR and click “Change Flight”

i) How to Add/Delete SSR/OSI message in PNR


Display PNR then click “Add/Change SSR”
You can Delete old message or Add new request from drop down list

Note: SSR messages include pax ctc, Passport detail, Address, Visa
information, Wheel Chair, Meals etc

j) How to Seat Allocate in PNR


Display PNR and click “Seat Select”
Select pax and then click “Select Seat”

Select you seat and then click “Approve”


k) How to Issue Ticket
In PNR click “Fare Quote Sell”
Click “Invoice”, Select “Invoice Type”, Click “General Rules and Conditions”
and the click “BUY TICKET”

Ticket will issued and show ticket number. Now get print for your pax from
“Print All” with fare detail
You can get print without fare from your PNR be clicking on “Show Print
Mode”

q) How to Void a Ticket


You can VOID your ticket same day in Crane PSS. Just write any reason of
VOID and then click “Void Ticket”
After this click “Approve”

r) How to Reissue a Ticket
Display PNR and click “Add Flight” or “Change Flight”

s) How to Refund a Ticket
Display PNR and click “All Flight Cancel”

Check calculation and click “Complete Refund”


After this click “Approve”

From Main Menu click “Reports”, click “Sales Table”, select Date Range and
then click “Search”

By PK PNR
From Main Menu click “Reservation”, click “PNR Management” type your
PNR in “Search by HITIT PNR Number” and click “Search”

From Main Menu click “Reservation”, click “PNR Management” type detail
as below in “Search by Passenger Name” and click “Search”

Write Ticket Number without 214 and click “Search”

A Pop window will appear and show a CHECK DIGIT which u will put in next
box and then again click “Search”
From Sale Report
From Main Menu click “Reports”, click “Sales Table”, select Date Range and
then click “Search”

Result will be
Click on “Box” shown as below
This will give u PNR and Ticket No. also

v) How to Check Queue


From Main Menu click “GDS”, click “Queue Table” and then click
“PNR_OPTION”
Result will be like this.
Click your PNR to display in Queue

You Can QC/, Ignore PNR and QR PNR from below tabs
w) How to read OSI message in PNR
From Main Menu click “Reservation”, click “Queue Tab NEW”

Result will be like this

This will display OSI message also with your PNR
