1. LEVEL LANDING: After Diagnostic Test, What to Do?

Ans: Once landed in a particular level after the Diagnostic Test, your journey will start from that
Level only. You cannot jump to various level. Start the progress from the Level you Landed.

Eg: Below Screenshot shows landing at Level 5, then student will progress from that level only. You
will not have access to previous levels.

2. MODULE and TASK Progress: Can I skip a module or task and go to the next?

Ans: No, this will only be a sequential manner. Completion of one Task then to Next and Progress
up.

3. TASK COMPLETION: How do I identify that I had completed one Task?

Ans: The Green tick mark provided at the below of each task identifies that you had successfully
completed that particular task and move on, ensure that the Green tick mark is available once the
completion of the task.

4. TASK ACTIVITY: When will the next task will open?

Ans: Only upon scoring 70% in each task, you will be able to move to the Next task. Until then you
have provided with multiple attempts to complete the task with 70% score. Till time only Try again
icon will be visible.

5. SPEAKING ACTIVITY: I clicked on the button to speak but it is buffering?

Ans: Allow Access of Microphone.

Please use a Proper wired headphones with Mic. Also press & hold the button and speak aloud.
Once it is done then release the button.

Also, please avoid this activity in a noisy environment, still may find it difficult to recognize your
voice deliverables.

6. WRITING / GRAMMAR / VOCABULORY TASK: I had typed the right word, but it is still
showing wrong answer?

Ans:

When you are writing, kindly be mindful of singular / plural.

Punctuations - like comma (,) / Exclamatory (!) / Full stop (.) etc.

Be mindful of space after the word. Double space after the word will not be accepted.

7. QUIZ TEST: What do I need to complete the quiz test?

You can start attending the Quiz Test in one go. Do not stop the test in between. Upon Scoring 70%,
you will be able to move to Review Test. 25 Minutes test - 16 Questions ( Headset required )

If the score is less than 70% then you will need to take the remediation and complete the same to
move to Review Test.

8. REVIEW TEST: When can I take the Review Test?

Ans: Upon completion of Quiz test with 70% score or after the remediation, you will be able to
take the Review Test. Review Test also requires 70% score to Move to Next activity. 25 Minutes test
- 16 Questions (Headset required). Multiple attempts allowed.

9. LEVEL TEST - What is Level Test?

Ans: After the completion of Task activity, Quiz Test, Review Test this would be the final test that
needs to be taken for that Level. 45 Minutes test - 40 Questions (Headset required)

70% score in the test will allow you to move to the next Level to progress further. Multiple
attempts allowed.

10.How do I attain my certificate / download my certificate?

Ans: Upon completing the Level Test with a Score of 70%, the system will move you to the next
level and the certificate can be obtained on the MY PROGRESS Section. Please ensure to download
the certificate and keep it for your reference.

Common Chrome browser error:

1: What if I got blank screen and “aw-snap” error?

Ans: The error can be resolved by refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, disabling extensions, or
updating the browser.
