The Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) is a program of 1 AND ALL TECHNICAL SCHOOL, Inc., under
TESDA in partnership with SETHCON COMPUTER SOLUTIONS .that aims to enhance and upgrade by
learning the competencies in the actual workplace. SIL/Internship program provides opportunities to go
through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments, and documents. In effect,
the workplace becomes a development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his chosen field and
practice what he has learn from the institutions. The learners is expected to gain experiences in the latest
techniques and practices of the industry.
