Instruction: Read the following questions carefully and write the correct answer
for each of them.

1. Write the difference between professional ethics and moral ethics? (5Pts)
2. Give explanation about some indigenous mechanisms of conflict resolution in your
locality. Example like, Yejoka, Gadaa, Gamo Elders, etc…..(10pts)
3. Write the bottom-to-top structure of the current Ethiopian government administration and
some basic responsibilities expected from each structure (10pts).
4. Compare and contrast the Derg regime with the current Ethiopian government in terms of
respecting democratic and human rights and on fair distribution of economic, social and
political benefits for all citizen. (5pts)
5. Differentiate and write some moral values judged as right and wrong that are almost
common for all Ethiopian people. (5pts)
6. Recognize the voluntary associations’ movements in Gurage Zone and explain their
tangible contributions on socio-economic development for the area in particular and for
the country in general. (10pts)
7. As a citizen what are your responsibilities to bring peace and stability specially solutions
compatible for the current situation in Ethiopia? (5pts)
