    PIPING ENGINEERING

    PIPING STRESS ANALYSIS

    Hand on experience in stress analysis in piping system using Caesar-II.


    Stress analysis of critical piping connected to critical equipments like
    Pumps,Compressors,Rack piping and yard piping.
    Preparation of critical line list.
    Preparation and review of supporting calculations like flange
    leakage,trunnion check and PSV reaction force.
    Compute the piping loads on pipe rack/sleepers and provide input to civil
    for design.
    Selection of supports as per project specifications.
    Preparation of stress analysis report as per project specifications.
    IFC isometric drawings checking of critical and non critical lines.
    Assist lead stress engineer in schedule and planning of stress activities.

    Provide technical assistance to piping designer as well as internal and


    external clients.
    Equipment layout, BOQ, nozzle orientation, piping GAD, P&ID, isometric.
    Piping thickness calculation.
    Preparation of critical line list.
    Preparing a bill drawing.
    Designing of piping spool generation.
    Preparing welding reports and NDT reports.
    Co-ordinate with other design & project department for site query & follow
    up for piping.
