Weekly Accomplishment Report

Date: November 05, 2024


As the first day of my FS 2, I prepare my self for the new environment and challenge I
will face. I was assigned in Grade four, as soon I enter the room the student give a warm
welcome to me and I feel overwhelmed for that I only do an class observation. My whole day
went like that.

Date: November 07, 2024


This is my second day to my observation and assistantship. The students acknowledge
my presence as soon I enter the room. In this day I did an class observation, observing what
happen in actual classroom setting. I was assigned to look for the student while there is away. I
observe that student become noisy after they finish their activity. I initiate to handle them while
we’re waiting for teacher to come back I give a another example of active that they may answer
and I feel happy when they’re cooperating and enjoy the activity I gave. At the afternoon I was
assigned to print a worksheet, flash card for English to the E-classroom. After I finish the
assigned task I came back to the classroom to observe and I also assist student to their activity
and after that I also record their scores.

Date: November 12, 2024
As my third day in observation and assistantship I was assigned to print flash card
of multiplication from 1-10. I did this in E- classroom I design and print it out. At the
afternoon I do an class observation and I helped teacher to checked student activity. I also
call out some students to explain who I think needed a help to understand the activity as
per my cooperating instruction. In that day I observe that teacher is responsible to assist
learner when they need.

Date: November 14, 2024


Today , my cooperating teacher assigned me to create a design for the reading corner as
preparation for their reading month. I used canva to create a design and attractive font,
after that I consult it to my CT as soon she agree I print it out in E-classroom and
assemble, after that we paste it at the reading corner. At the afternoon I only do an class
observation.

Date: November 19, 2024
In this day I only do an class observation. Watching how teacher handle the class and
how she do a transition in every subject. I saw how the actual classroom setting difficult to
handle. I feel proud to those teacher who can posses the different personalities of the learners. I
realized that it is really important to have authority in the classroom to make them followed. I
observe how my cooperating teacher to reminds them to seat properly and listen.

Date: November 21 and 22, 2024


At this day, I was assigned to print a examination for different subjects. I also printed out a
review for students. I realized how hard it is. Before I think that printing examination is easy
because you’re just waiting for it to printed out but when I assigned to do it I realized that it
wasn’t easy. You need to check if its printing good, checking the ink level filling the bond
papers. I adore teacher who give time to make examination and their preparation.

Date: November 26 and 27, 2024

At this week I continued to print examination of grade four. After printer I


stapled the paper and keep it. I also help my Classmates to print and staple the
examination for her cooperating teacher as my CT instructions. We finish to do the
task together. After this I also listened to their ongoing INSET through virtual

My cooperating teacher ask me to duty on this day to help her on their going
preparation of papers for school reports. I was signed to print some necessary papers and
also type some Classroom Management plan. I retype my CT written documents to
transfer to the docs. As a students in 21 st century I used scanner to scan the documents for
the make my works done as soon as I can after I transfer it to the docs I gonna check the
sentence if it same to the written docs. I also ask to help other teacher in encoding the
tally the grades of their students as their compilation. And I feel being proud how I did
my work on this day and helps teachers to their works. I enjoyed the time spending to
them.
