SCRIPT

Opening Ceremony Program

Tine: Good morning, everyone! Welcome to today’s special event. We are


thrilled to have you all here as we officially kick off our exciting day filled
with sports, camaraderie, and community spirit. I am Christine Rose
Palatulon.

Bea: And I’m Jonnabelle Abad. It’s an honor to guide you through this
morning’s program. Let us all prepare ourselves to begin this celebration
with a positive and energetic spirit.

Tine: To start our program, may we request everyone to rise for the Opening
Prayer and the singing of the National Anthem, both led by Z-Voice MAIBU
NHS. Let us all stand in solemn respect.

Bea: Thank you, Z-Voice MAIBU NHS, for leading us in prayer and for your
beautiful rendition of the National Anthem. You have truly set the tone for
today’s event.

Tine: Now, let us proceed to the Acknowledgement of Purok


Representatives, also known as “Yelling.” Please give a warm welcome to
Hon. Marifel Seno to lead this part of the program.

Bea: Thank you, Miss Marifel, for the lively acknowledgment! Now, it’s time
for the much-anticipated Ramp Walk and Introduction of the Muse. [Cue the
participants and give brief commentary during the ramp walk.]

Tine: What a beautiful display of grace and confidence from our muses!
Next, let us hear the Opening Remarks from none other than Hon. Rovie
Bryan K. Gado. Please join us in welcoming him to the stage. L

Bea: Thank you, Hon. Gado, for your inspiring words. Now, we will move on
to the Basketball Rules and Regulations, which will be shared by Hon.
Christian Louis M. Kipkipan. Let’s welcome him.

Tine: Thank you, Hon. Kipkipan, for that detailed explanation of the rules.
We are now inspired to play with fairness and enthusiasm. Speaking of
inspiration, let’s hear an Inspirational Word of Challenge from Hon. Arniel D.
Kipkipon. Let’s give him a round of applause.

Bea: Thank you, Hon. Kipkipon, for those motivating words. Next, it’s time
for the Oath of Sportsmanship to ensure we all uphold the spirit of fair play
and respect throughout the games. Please welcome Hon. Mark Gado to lead
the oath.
Tine: Let’s all take those words to heart and demonstrate true
sportsmanship in all our activities. Finally, to officially ignite the spirit of this
event, we will now have the Lighting of the Olympic Flame by Ms. Facturan.
Let us all watch this symbolic moment.

Bea: What a wonderful way to start this event! Thank you, Ms. Facturan.
With that, we declare the opening ceremony concluded. Let us now enjoy the
games and activities for the day.

Tine: Yes, let’s make this day memorable! Thank you, everyone, for being
part of the opening ceremony. Let’s keep the energy alive throughout the
event.
