SUMMARY
This project holds the
theme of digital education
for high schoolers which
focuses on teaching and
raising awareness among
students in public senior
high school about how
important it is to build a
self-brand in social media
for future educational
purposes.
The development of digital in this era is one of the reasons why
Gathering 2 Grow brought up this project, It is expected that
students utilize their social media correctly which is most
needed to be socialized to the youngsters. The subjects that will
be discussed in this project are relevant to students to continue
their education to a higher level.

EVENT
BACKGROUND
In today's digital age, social media is key to shaping
our identities and opportunities. Gathering 2 Grow's
project at public senior high school will teach high
school students the importance of personal
branding on social media for their future education
and careers. With digital tech so influential, young
people must learn to use social media effectively
and responsibly. This project will guide students in
building and managing their personal brand online.
Through activities and discussions, students will
learn how to present themselves positively,
maintain a professional digital footprint, and use
social media to their advantage. The goal is to help
students confidently support their personal
branding and long-term goals.

EVENT
OBJECTIVE
1. Introduction
In this project, Gathering2Grow hopes today's teenagers will
have the courage to create and promote a strong image on
their social media. This means curating content, engaging with
followers, and presenting themselves strategically to reflect
their values, interests, and skills. It's about building an online
persona to achieve goals like gaining credibility, influence, or
connecting with like-minded people.

2. Practicing
In this project, Gather2Grow will hold an offline webinar with
the CEO & founder of @yourgrowth.id. The goal is to teach
teenagers the importance of self-branding on social media for
education and professional purposes.

3. Target Groups
The theme of the event was self-branding, and we saw that the
target market was high school students. Therefore we targeted
the students of SMA 1 Dayeuhkolot to be our paticipants. We
will hold an offline event so that what is conveyed is more
effective.

GOALS AND
OBJECTIVE The goals of this event are aiming to
empower students with the
knowledge, skills, and confidence to
control their personal branding and
future career paths. By providing
practical insights, fostering
connections, and inspiring ambition,
the event seeks to equip students
with the tools they need to thrive in
an ever-evolving world

SMART GOALS
The event aims to empower students at SMA X with the specific
S knowledge and skills needed to manage their personal branding on
social media.
Success will be measured by 80% of participants creating and
M optimizing their social media profiles for educational and career
purposes within three months.

The goal is achievable through practical workshops, personalized


A feedback, and guided activities provided during the event.

This goal is relevant as it directly addresses the need for students to

professional opportunities.

The event will ensure that students complete their personal branding
T enhancements and networking activities within three months of
participation.
