1. United Na�ons General Assembly - The
main delibera�ve body of the UN, where all member states have equal representa�on and can discuss and make recommenda�ons on a wide range of issues.
2. United Na�ons Security Council - The
primary organ of the UN responsible for maintaining interna�onal peace and security, consis�ng of 15 members, including 5 permanent members with veto power.
3. United Na�ons Economic and Social
Council (ECOSOC) - The principal body of the UN system in charge of coordina�ng the economic, social, and related work of 15 UN specialized agencies, their func�onal commissions, and five regional commissions.
4. United Na�ons Secretariat - The
execu�ve arm of the UN, responsible for carrying out the day-to-day work of the organiza�on as directed by the General Assembly, the Security Council, and other UN bodies.
