Landing his first job in the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia was a clear

indication that Chris Brugler debuted in the culinary world in a big


way. From there, he was sent to other Ritz-Carlton properties all
over the country. Feeling the call of the West Coast, he relocated
to California to work as a private chef for high-profile clients. It was
then he discovered an innate talent for challah-baking that
delighted both his clients and their friends. With that, Challah King
was born and the word spread like wildfire.

Chris Brugler Catering is his latest venture, combining his passion for
meeting individual event needs with the highest culinary standards. Now
known for being one of Los Angeles’ premier catering companies, Chris
Brugler Catering appreciates the importance of the entire event
experience.

Regardless of the size of the event, his passion for food and
