In enclosing herewith this Department Resolution No. 29126/ dated 24.11.2023
and in supersession of the previous H & FW Department Ltr. No.6208/ H & FW, dated-
07.03.2024 on the subject cited above, I am directed to convey the sanction of
Governor for creation/ redistribution/ up-gradation of different category of posts on
regular basis in the Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) Service Cadre after its
restructuring.
