INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Heritage Plate Restaurant, where we would like to invite you to experience a
delicious experience honoring a wide variety of different flavors. Apart from the cuisine, our
goal is to deliver outstanding service that surpasses the expectations of our customers. We
want each guest to feel cherished and loved from the moment they walk through our doors and
to get specialized attention and attentive care throughout their dining experience.

At HeritagePlate, we think that food is a powerful storyteller that can produce together stories
of history, culture, and heritage in addition to being a source of food. Our menu offers a tasteful
fusion of traditional dishes and creative twists, paying tribute to the many culinary traditions
that have been handed down through generations. Our group of passionate cooks takes great
pleasure in finding the best ingredients to create dishes that are masterworks of taste and
presentation. Every mouthful at HeritagePlate is a fine dining meal, including delicious meats
and farm-fresh veggies to delicious sweets.

Heritage Plate promises a remarkable dining experience that highlights the depth of our
common culinary heritage, whether you're organizing a special occasion, having a romantic
dinner for two, or getting together with friends and family. Come along on a culinary journey
where each dish has a backstory and each mouthful celebrates flavor and heritage.

Our restaurant provide comfort and satisfaction to guest without compromising the operational
efficiency of the business. This research aimed to determine the operational efficiency and
customer satisfaction of restaurants as a basis for business operation enhancement. Specifically
to determine the operational efficiency of the restaurant in terms of kitchen operations and
dining operations and the level of customer satisfaction of the restaurant business in terms of:
Product, Policies, People, Processes and Proactivity as well as the problems encountered by the
restaurant in their operation and customer service (Espino, A. 2017).

Many of them create their own business using their own completely new ideas while other than
that choosing to enter the restaurant business by purchasing an already existing business and
make it as their own. Establishing a business by taking over, acquiring or buying the existing
business is the alternative way of starting a business. This alternative way offers entrepreneurs
an easier and simpler way to start in the business with the already existing customers and
reputations. The purpose of this thesis to learn how to develop a business plan for an acquired
restaurant based on already existing idea (Nguyen, K. 2018).

Local tourist from Negros Occidental.

Many individuals in Negros to visit a restaurant such as Bacolod, Silay, or another attractive
restaurant that offers quality services and food but they could not afford it due to the high cost
of the transportation and the restaurant location. Those local tourists are the government
employees, young professionals, students and family groups.

Foreign Tourist.

This tourist like places that can accommodate them well while providing a nice ambience of
restaurant. This tourist are tourist that outside the country.

We conduct this study to have a idea for making a business proposal to promote and to know
our business in the hospitality industry. And help us evaluate a project from start to finish and
make decisions before the project begins. The study also helps in our understanding of the
costs and possible revenue sources associated with our facility. With this knowledge in hand,
we can either secure the resources required to finish our project, depending on what is already
accessible.
