Assessment Plan for Classroom Use


NTA Level 7-1 Qualification Bachelors Degree Semester 2
Mod. Code CSU07209 Module Name PRINCIPLES OF PROGRAMMING Credits 15
Introduction:
This Assessment plan has been prepared under Information and Communication Technology
department for Students Undertaking Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) and Bachelor of
Computer Science (NTA 7) program.
The assessment is based on learning outcomes stipulated within NTA Curriculum showing
competence involving application of skills and knowledge in routine level.

Assessment Techniques and Procedures:


The techniques and procedures used will be teachings/lecture, discussion, practical’s.

Assessment Criteria:
The studies should be accessed through assignments, tests and examinations.

Integrated Method of Assessment:


• Case study, written examination and written test.
• Continuous assessment - 40%
• End of semester examination – (Practical Examination-20 marks, semester examination-40)60%
