Baseline Management Plan (BMP)

1. Introduction
This Baseline Management Plan (BMP) outlines the approach for managing and monitoring
the construction and interior design of a community hall. The project aims to deliver the
hall by November to align with the scheduled holiday events. This document provides

2. Project Objectives
