It is widely admitted that communication is vital for organizational culture. This
includes both formal communication and informal communication. If the communication within an organization is poor, then it is difficult to find adequate solutions to organizational challenges. If the communication is good, then the probability of efficient organizational performance is improved, no matter what the goals and the aims of the organization. I personally believe that a logical management strategy is indeed essential for organizations to align with society expectations and remain adaptable to changes in their environments. It ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding strategic objectives, operational procedures, and expected outcomes. This shared understanding is crucial for ensuring that everyone’s efforts are coordinated and contribute to the overall success of the organization. By creating a solid management strategy, it allows organizations to navigate these changes with a proactive approach because management plays within both organizational and social systems. Hence, organizations today are more interconnected with society which their actions have implications on society values, economic stability, and technological progress. Overall, the role of communication is not just a functional tool within the organization but a critical strategic asset that
influences organizational culture, management strategies, and societal alignment.

It is crucial to encourage an environment where employees feel comfortable
sharing ideas and concerns openly. For example, hold a regular group meeting that can light up the atmosphere and enhance problem-solving in the organization. By doing this, it can promote open and clear communication channels between employees and managers in every workplace.
Besides that, by providing training programs on efficient communication
techniques, the organization can boost the productivity of managers and employees. This includes listening, offering helpful feedback, and resolving problems in order to build trust and promote information sharing inside the organization.
Finally, commend and honor staff members who have outstanding
communication skills, whether it be by conducting team meetings or imparting insightful knowledge. The organization might simply award the deserving individual with a personalized recognition certificate.
