    1. What was the key reason you chose to undertake this activity? Please refer to your start-of-
    year training needs assessment, where applicable.

    Wanted to learn how to prepare financial statements using Draftworx.

    2. What were your key learning points, ideas for practice, or lightbulb moments?

    I learned how to create a new client’s profile using Draftworx.


    I also learned the language used in Draftworx such as abbreviations for other income (link
    number).
    I also learned how to link files using Draftworx and also mapping.
    I also learned how to go for client set up.

    3. What content was most relevant to your role? And how could you build on your learning?

    The content most relevant to my role was setting up the client’s profile and linking up the client’s
    files to Draftworx because it helped be able to understand the software better and be able to use
    it most effectively and efficiently.

    I could build more on my learning by practicing what I learnt on the software and continuing to
    learn more about Draftworx.

    I am able to create the client’s profile and link and mapp the client’s files to Draftworx.
