MIGRATION

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the

person's physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to

DIET, SUFFICIENT HYDRATION, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, NOT ENGAGING IN UNHEALTHY HABITS
LIKE SMOKING & DRINKING AND FINALLY, GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP.
HAVING GOOD MENTAL HEALTH IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN OUR OVERALL WELL BEING.
BEING ABLE TO COPE WITH LIFES STRESSORS, HAVING A POSITIVE SELF IMAGE, HEALTHIER
RELATIONSHIPS, MORE PRODUCTIVE DAYS, AND ALL IN ALL A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE ARE
ALL EFFECTS OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH.
MIGRATION IS COMPLETELY DRIVEN BY PUSH AND PULL FACTORS. SOME PUSH FACTORS
INCLUDE UNEMPLOYMENT OR INCAPABILITY TO FIND WELL PAYING JOBS, WAR, FAMINE,
DROUGHT OR POLITICAL INSTABILITY. ADDITIONALLY, SOME PULL FACTORS INCLUDE,
BETTER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH HIGHER INCOME, BETTER EDUCATION,
RELIGIOUS FREEDOM, AND RIGHT OF SPEECH.
