• Initially as a fresher in the outsourcing field, I was responsible for timesheets attachment and processing the timesheets for 6
months. Also learned about the contract building for the nurses.
• Post of six months because of my Communication, Leadership and management, Client Relation and Services. Due to some
reasons, I got the opportunity to lead the team off paper which I did seamlessly.
• After that I have started timesheet auditing, Manager review for the different states nurses’ timesheets which falls under my
surveillance and last one is Finalizing and payment release of all the nurses.
• Along with that I have worked as a credit controller as backup for US.
• I was working for Swiggy’s customer support (chat process) my role includes to resolve customers query over chat and over call
if require.
• Depending upon the situation and query need to connect with restaurants, delivery partners and customers for the order status
and issues.
• Customers comes with different issues related to the orders, discounts, coupons, subscriptions, payment related issues and
more.
• For a year I worked as a customer support executive, then after I have got the opportunity to work as a quality
analyst and assurance for some reasons it was also off paper even so I accepted it and continued.

• The proposed approach takes use of NLP and data extraction techniques for reliable text analysis. Hence, strategies for
extracting and assessing emotional content from written text are helpful for interpreting a person's viewpoint or mental state
from a social media post. The models concentrate on utilizing LRA-DNN to efficiently analyse emotions using data obtained from
social media networks.
• To equalize the scores for the often-occurring terms across all documents and enable con-tent filtering, the frequency of the
words should be rescaled depending on how frequently they would appear in all searches.
• To provide recommendations for pertinent information and to personalize their interactions with clients.
• To assist in serving a huge audience by completely automating the process, starting with content screening and concluding with
the distribution of content that satisfies consumer demands.
