Network Setup and Setup Printer Driver Guide

Network Setup (Static IP)
1. Turn on the machine.
2. Press
3. Press [Preferences] → [Network].
4. Press [TCP/IP Settings] → [IPv4 Settings].

5. Press [Use IPv4] for [IPv4 Settings] → [On] → [OK].

Note: If you select [Off] for <Use IPv4>, IPv4 networks cannot be used,
regardless of the settings specified for IPv4 on the Settings/Registration screen.
The ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) table is also disabled.

6. Press [IP Address Settings] for [IPv4 Settings] → specify the following items

→ press [OK].
7. Press [IP Address] → enter the IP address.
8. Press [Subnet Mask] → enter the subnet mask.
9. Press [Gateway Address] → enter the gateway address.
10. Set [DHCP], [RARP], and [BOOTP] to 'Off'.
11. Press [Close], and then restart machine.

Setup Printer Driver for Windows
a. Insert disk driver into PC.
b. Click on [Start].

c. Click on [Control Panel].

d. Click on [Devices and Printers].

e. Click on [Add a printer].

f. Click on [Add a local printer].

g. Select [Create a new port], and on [Type of port] chose [Standard TCP/IP
Port], and then select [Next].

h. Type IP address of the machine copy “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” into [Hostname or IP


address], and then [Next].

i. Select [Have Disk…], and then [Browse..] to add driver on disk.

j. Select printer name that right with your machine, and then [Next].

k. Select [Do not share this printer], or [Share this printer] and then [Next].

l. Select [Finish].

Change Paper Size for Printer Driver
1. Right click on priner name select [Printer properties].

2. Select tap [Advanced] and click on [Printing Deraults…]

3. Change paper size to [A4], and change 1-size printing

4. Select [Apply] and [OK]
