 Laying and welding of 4” Flowlines from various wellheads in Jones creek field to the flow
station including Ditching/back filling works, tie-ins, River crossing of the lines, line
flushing,hook-up of the completed lines to the well and station manifold andCommissioning of
the various lines. Also included is the salvaging of the old lines.
 Laying and welding of 4”gaslines (to replace 2” Lines) from various wellheads in Jones creek field
to the compressor station including Ditching/back filling works, tie-ins, River crossing of the
lines, line flushing, Hook-up of the laid lines to the well and station manifoldand Commissioning
of the various lines. Also included is the salvaging of the old lines/risers.

 Fabrication /installation of Wellhead Risers pipes complete with fittings for the above flowlines
and gas lines
 Integrity checks of existing flowlines by hydro-test of the various lines
 Management of Site (consisting of 100 personnel, sub-contractors),equipment (such as
Houseboat,Swamp excavators,Cranes, barges, Tug boats etc.)

lines, flushing, Hook-up of the laid lines to the well and station manifoldand Commissioning of
the various lines. Also included is the salvaging of the old lines
 Fabrication /installation of Wellhead Risers pipes complete with fittings for the above flowlines

TUNU FIELDS:- Supervisory role in the following:
Fabrication and installation of 1Nos multi-well cluster (6- wells) platform on TUDP 2 Location in Tunu Fields
(Swamp) complete with the following:
 7 Nos vertical pig launching barrels consisting of 10” ,12” sizes complete with all accessories such as
Ball valves, pig signaler set, piping from wellhead to pig launcher, 7 Nos Riser/Approach Piping and
well head Hook-up Arms.
 6 Nos. individual Xmas tree upper deck, 2 Nos Pigging facility Platform complete with 2” removable
handrails and ladder and 4 Nos Jib Cranes with thrust bearings.
 I Nos. Protective deck with topside lined with Ekki Wood.
 1 set 3” Diameter removable Handrails and Boat landing Facilities.
 Grit blasting/painting of all civil/mechanical/Piping structure on the cluster platform in accordance
with shell std. Spec.
 Installation of Petro-tech Instrument panel and all instrument tubings (sub-contractedto KAMACON
Engineering Ltd).
 Function testing of the Jib Cranes to its designed safe working load of 1.5 Tons and Xmas tree upper
deck ,Commissioning of the Cluster Platform and instrumentation panel.
 Preparation of work procedures, welding procedures, As-built drawings documentation and project
close-out report.
 Management of Site (consisting of 100 personnel, sub-contractors,equipment (suchas Houseboat,
Swamp Excavators, Cranes, barges, Tug boats etc.).
 Follow up on Quality Control/Quality assurance program and standards including Hydrotest of pipings
and integrity test of ball valves.

Coordinating and supervising the execution of the routine pigging of all Trunk and delivery lines in SPDC
western division using unidirectional and bi-directional pigs.

to management and SPDC.
 Ensured that the pigging of all lines is carried out according to plan and specification including
evacuation
of drained crude oil to nearby flowstation or saver pit.
