Admission to B Tech / B.Arch. Program through JoSSA/CSAB 2022
Instructions for Physical Institute Reporting
Dates for Institute Reporting 04th to 09th November, 2022 *
(Including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday if any)
Institute location VNIT, South Ambazari Road, Nagpur 440 010
Distance is 6 -7 KM from Central Railway Station/ Bus Stand/ Air Port
Documents required – For registering on VNIT ONLINE Admission Portal Scan Copies of following
documents are to be uploaded (One set of self-attested photocopies of all the following documents along with the
final submitted online admission form, will be required at the time of Physical Institute reporting, along with the
originals for verification) / Online portal link: http://vnitreg.vnit.ac.in/vrce
1. Transfer Certificate (Original)
2. Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) (to be downloaded by candidate from JOSAA/CSAB website from
candidate’s login).Refer Annexure IV for more details.
3. Receipt of the Balance fee paid at VNIT.
4. JEE Score Card.
5. Photo ID Proof as per Govt. of India Norms (Copy of Aadhar card is must).
6. Birth Certificate or Class X (SSC) Board Certificate mentioning Date of Birth.
7. Mark list of XII Exam.
8. Certificate of Social Category [Caste Certificate] (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable. Caste Validity Certificate for
Candidates having Caste Certificate issued by Maharashtra State. Candidates in OBC category shall bring Non
Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 1st April 2022 as per JoSSA/CSAB-2022 formats.
9. EWS Candidate must bring the EWS certificate in format mentioned on JoSSA/CSAB website and it must be
issued on or after 01-April 2022).
10. University Migration Certificate, if available.
11. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
12. Undertaking for Pending Documents Annexure II (if required)
13. Anit Ragging Undertaking Annexure III

Note – In case of Original Transfer / other certificates is not available during Institute Reporting, candidates can give an
undertaking (in the format given in annexure II) that they will submit the same. If the candidate fails to submit the
Original Transfer certificate by the 30th December, 2022, his/her admission stands cancelled.
Note –Original Transfer Certificate will remain submitted with the Institute
Fees to be paid by Candidate at the time of VNIT Reporting: As per Annexure I

 Students are instructed to visit VNIT website www.vnit.ac.in for regular updates regarding Institute Reporting
and information regarding Syllabus, Time Table, Academic Rules, Fees Information etc.
 Any legal matters arising during admission process shall be dealt with under Jurisdiction of Nagpur District only.

 Please note that the payment for the balance fee for B. Tech & B Arch admission 2022, will be through online
mode only, as per the payment process provided in the Reporting Instruction. The VNIT Reference number
generated by this online transaction is to be entered in the Transaction reference field at Institute reporting
Fee payment details in the Step 3 on VNIT online admission portal. Fee payment through Demand Draft (DD)
is not accepted.
 The fees paid at JOSAA/ CSAB 2022 does not include charges for Hostel admission / accommodation.
