 ABSTRACT

The purpose of Event Management System is to automate the existing manual system by the help of
computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that
their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation
of the same. The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to work with.

Event Management System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast
management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate
on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better utilization of resources. The
organization can maintain computerized records without redundant entries. That means that one need
not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the information.

describes how to manage for good performance and better services for the clients.
 INTRODUCTION

Travel planning has evolved significantly over the years, but the process often remains
complex and time-consuming. With countless options for destinations, accommodations,
activities, and transportation, travelers frequently find themselves overwhelmed by the
sheer volume of information available. Traditional trip planning methods, which often rely
on manual searches and generalized recommendations, can lead to frustration and
suboptimal choices. In response to these challenges, this project aims to create an AI-
powered trip planner that streamlines the travel planning process by offering personalized
itineraries based on individual preferences and real-time data.
The integration of artificial intelligence allows the application to analyze user inputs—such
as preferred travel dates, budget, interests, and past travel experiences—enabling it to
generate tailored recommendations that cater to each user’s unique profile. Additionally,
the use of modern web technologies, including React for a dynamic front-end experience,
Firebase for secure data storage and user authentication, and Tailwind CSS for a responsive
design, will ensure that the application is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
By providing users with a simplified planning experience, the AI trip planner aims to reduce
the stress associated with travel arrangements and empower users to make informed
decisions. Ultimately, this project seeks to transform how individuals approach travel
planning, enabling them to focus on enjoying their journeys rather than getting bogged
down by logistical details. This innovative solution represents a significant step forward in
leveraging technology to enhance the travel experience.
 OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the Project on Event Management System is to manage the details of Event,
Booking, Customer, Employee, Enquiry. It manages all the information about Event, Package, Enquiry,
Event. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the
access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for
managing the Event, Booking, Package, Customer. It tracks all the details about the Customer,
Employee, Enquiry. Some are:

1.Defining the event's purpose

Event management aims to manage events throughout their lifecycle, from detecting them to
determining the appropriate control action.

2.Promoting products and services

Events are organized to promote products and services or to attract an audience to focus on a specific
objective.

3.Ensuring a smooth event

The main goal of event project management is to make sure that the event runs smoothly and meets
defined objectives.

4.Risk management
Risk management is a crucial element of event management. Event planners evaluate the likelihood of
risks happening and their likely impact on the event.

5.Communication
Communication is one of the most important aspects of being an effective event planner. Strong people
skills can be key to making sure event management is executed efficiently.

6.Using event management software

Event management software can simplify the process of planning, organizing, and executing events. It
can streamline tasks like attendee registration, venue management, scheduling, budgeting, and
invoicing.
 METHODOLOGY

Event Success Management is paving the way for rethinking how events are run and driving new
energy into the event management community.

Event Success Management is a methodology developed by Lyyti and it combines traditional event
management with agile thinking. By strengthening the fundamentals of event management with
elements like measurement and analysis, you’re able to improve your event management and create
experiences that are appreciated by your audience and learn more from your process.

Event Success Management is a way of working that links together all the events that a business or an
individual organises to create events that are worth the participants time. Agile thinking builds up the
foundation laid out by traditional event management in order to effectively and successfully plan
events.

Events are created to cater a participant and their experience is what counts the most. As an event
organiser you are responsible for the most precious of commodities - time. You need to treat that time
investment with great respect. Improving your events over time will help you create better experiences
and achieve the goals you set for events. Event Success Management is a movement empowering you
to reveal the true potential of your events.

In the world of events, average will simply not do. It’s time to create meaningful events that are
worth our time.

The Software Requirements Specification is produced at the culmination of the analysis task.
The function and performance allocated to software as part of system engineering are refined by
establishing a complete information description, a detailed functional and behavioral description, an
indication of performance requirements and design constraints, appropriate validation criteria, and
other data pertinent to requirements.

The proposed system has the following requirements:

 System needs store information about new entry of Event.

 System needs to help the internal staff to keep information of Booking and find them as per queries.

 System need to maintain quantity record.

 System need to keep the record of Customer.

 System need to update and delete the record.

 System also needs a search area.

 It also needs a security system to prevent data.
