Tennis School Guidelines and Regulations


1. Keep us informed: Please keep customer service informed about any changes of telephone, mobile numbers or e-mail addresses.
2. Payment:
 You are kindly requested to pay the monthly fees during the first 10 days of every month. After the 10 th, 20th and the 30th of the
month a penalty will be added.
 In case of payment and absence without notice till the 15th of the month, the player will lose his place. We refund or transfer to
the other month 50% of the money only if notice is given within the first 2 weeks.
 In case of no show and no payment till the 10th of each month, the club reserves the right to exclude the player’s name from the
list. If player wants to join again he/she should request a new schedule according to availability.
 In case of attending with no payment for a month subscription will be suspended.

3. Substitute for missed classes: Members are entitled to substitute maximum 1 missed Class, and should be done within the same month.
Customer service will provide you with a substitute card while paying monthly fees to present it to coach.
4. Punctuality: To take maximum benefit of every class; make sure to attend on time. Any player who is late for more than 15 minutes will not
be admitted in the class.
5. Information on players’ progress: Any inquiries about the performance and progress should be addressed to the tennis supervisor.
6. Maids and drivers: Maid and driver are not allowed on the club premises. The only place allowed to members’ maids is the playground
7. Dress code: Proper tennis attire is required always. Please use regular tennis shoes (no running, cross country or basketball shoes) when
playing tennis and “keep your shirt on” (do not play tennis shirtless).
8. General Rules:
* You are kindly requested not to bring food from outside to the club
* Kindly address in written to the management any complaints they may have (any mistakes, delays in service, or employees) and not to direct
the blame on the employees.
I hereby certify that my son/daughter does not have any illness to prevent him/her from playing any kind of sports.
And that I have received read and understood the club’s regulations and guidelines and will abide by them.
