Module 2: Getting Started with KHIS Aggregate

Introduction to the Module

Welcome to the module two. This module will help you learn how to get started with KHIS
aggregate. Kindly create an account on the KHIS test site Via the link provided on the course
page and follow the steps as demonstrated in this module. It will take you approximately 1
hour to complete this module. This includes 30 minutes creating an account on KHIS
Aggregate training site. At the end of the module, attempt module quiz and aim to attain a
pass mark of 70%.

Requirements for KHIS Aggregate Login

Requirements for DHIS2 Login

1. A functional computer, mobile phone (smart phone or feature phone)
2. Access to internet (means of internet connectivity) - Use Modem, LAN etc
3. Web Browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla , Internet Explorer 9 and above)
4. KHIS aggregate Website address
• Live site: www.hiskenya.org
• Training site: test.hiskenya.org
5. Login credentials (user name and password)

Steps
1. To login, click on appropriate website address and the screen on the next page will
display
•Live site: www.hiskenya.org
•Training site: test.hiskenya.org
2. Enter your login credentials (user name and password)
3. Click on ‘sign in’ button

• For the sake of learning, we shall use the training site: test.hiskenya.org
• Follow instructions in the next slide to create an account on the training site
