I am writing as a concerned citizen regarding the improper disposal of electronic waste in


Aliva, Kochi. Discarded devices such as old computers, mobile phones, and other gadgets are
piling up in residential areas, posing serious environmental and health risks.

I urge the waste management department to initiate an efficient e-waste disposal mechanism.
Setting up dedicated collection centres, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with certified
recycling units will ensure safe disposal and recycling of such items.

This action will not only safeguard our environment but also promote sustainable practices. I
request your immediate attention to this pressing matter.
