Dear PCPT Noroña,

We hope this letter finds you well in behalf of Oras East District SPED Center teaching
force, we humbly request the participation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in our
upcoming 2024 Brigada Eskwela, which will take place in our school from July 22 to 27,
2024.
Brigada Eskwela is a cherished annual event where the community comes together to
prepare our school for the new academic year. We would be deeply grateful for the PNP’s
support in this endeavor.
Specifically, we are seeking assistance with the following activities:
 Repair of School Equipment and Materials: Helping us repair various school
equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working condition for the
students.
 Repainting of Classrooms: Assisting in repainting our classrooms to create a
brighter and more engaging learning environment.
 Clearing of Playgrounds: Helping to clear and clean the playgrounds to ensure they
are safe and ready for the children to use.
 Other General Maintenance Tasks: Participating in other maintenance tasks that
will improve the overall condition of our school facilities.
Moreover, we kindly ask the volunteers to please bring cleaning materials such as bolos,
grass cutters, brooms, brush, paint brushes and other tools that will aid in these activities.
The presence and support of the PNP would not only significantly enhance our efforts but
also strengthen the bond between the police and our community.
