JD for Site Engineer

• Gives relevant support to the Sales department with regard to allocated quotes to the
calculation, scope, planning and other contract conditions.
• Coordinates / organizes all activities of assigned projects, internally or from third parties,
necessary for the implementation and progress of the project. Suggests to do this in
consultation with the department heads involved put together a project team.
• Is responsible for the implementation of the project through the uniform, structured project
management methodology according to the management system and contributes to it
optimize (continuous improvement).
• Ensures the implementation of the provisions laid down in the agreement with the client
services and deliveries in accordance with applicable procedures, norms, standards and
goals. Signals deviations from the scope of delivery and treats more / less work with both
client and supplier.
• Is responsible for the implementation of the project within the established contractual and
internal objectives (scope, time, money, quality, safety), in consultation with stakeholders
involved in project planning and based on that monitors project progress.
• Reports monthly to the management on the state of affairs of the relevant projects through
the Project Review Process and actively follows up feedback.
• Allocates partial budgets based on the project calculation and monitors the allocated
budgets. Ensures timely and accurate invoicing of the services to be delivered and goods, as
well as more and less work.
• Provides a QA plan and ensures that the project is implemented in accordance with the
quality requirements. Is responsible for inspections / quality controls where necessary by
internal or external experts.
• Ensures a sufficient and clear flow of information regarding the project to all involved. The
PM chairs the project team, invests according to the needs of the project team meetings and
is responsible for reporting thereof.
• Represents PAQUES with the client during the established building meetings and ensures
correct reporting.
• Ensures the implementation and compliance with the KAM policy as laid down in the
Management system.
• Supervises safety, formulates VGM plan, ensures approval, correct implementation thereof
and propagates this both internally and externally.
• Facilitates the evaluation of Projects and ensures that the organization is informed about the
relevant learning moments.
