Introduction:-

● This system aimed at developing a web


application for university website that can be
used by students, teachers, and other faculty.

● It is a platform where students can visit to


gain information about university as well
as all of their remarks as well.

● It can be used by teachers to assign student


marks and calculate their attendance while
it will also be used to share time-table,
notices, concerns and a monthly report.

Existing System:

● Management of the current website is
manual and difficult to maintain and
track records of each and every student
and it takes lots of time to do and still
there might be some human errors.
● Besides this, google forms were used to
collect data but this is also a very tedious
task to do i.e. creating different forms for
each and every course and semester.
● Current version of the website is very
static, and isn’t at its full potential.
Objective of the system:
● The main objective of the system is to
assist the L.J. University to maintain and
track records of courses and Department.

User Application Requirement:-

● A user can either signup or login using their
mobile number. If a user is signing up he/ she
must enter their name,mobile number and
email.
● After logging, the user will get redirected to
the homepage where there will be a list of
products and the user can select any product
that is under delivery.
● Develop an order management system to track
order status, manage inventory, and coordinate
with fulfillment centers. Include features for
order packing, shipping, and returns processing.

User interface Design:-

The user interface (UI) is the point of


interaction between the user and the system. It
is important to design a UI that is easy to use
and efficient. The following are some key
considerations for designing the UI of the
University management system:

● Use standard UI elements: Users should be


able to recognize and use the UI elements in
the University management system without
having to learn new controls. For example,
standard buttons, menus, and dialog boxes
should be used.
● Make the UI consistent: The UI should be
consistent throughout the system. This
means using the same colors, fonts, and
layout for all screens.

● •Use clear and concise labels: All labels and
instructions should be clear and concise.
Avoid using technical jargon that users may
not understand.
● Provide feedback: The system should
provide feedback to users about their
actions. For example, when a user clicks a
button, the system should indicate that the
button has been clicked.
● Handle errors gracefully: When an error
occurs, the system should display a clear
and concise error message. The system
should also provide users with a way to
recover from the error.
