Resolution Steps:

Hello, Thank you for providing me with the logs. I have gone through them and here are the

So it seems like this is a problem relating either to a hanging session or ports being occupied by
other services. First of all, if you are not using IPv6 in this setup, make sure to disable it: What is
the result of ping localhost? Open the <spawnerdir>/config/setup/profile file in an editor. Add the
following lines, assuming that IPv4 is to be preferred: AS_PREF_IP=4 export AS_PREF_IP
Restart the server if the above doesn't already exist. Moving forward: 1. Stop Archive Spawner
then the Apache Tomcat service. 2. Empty out (delete or move to another folder) all the current
log files for Archive Server and Tomcat. 3. Make sure that the following ports are listening, are
not blocked by firewall or used by any process: 4050, 4038 4. Start Apache Tomcat then
Archive Spawner service 5. Allow it 5 minutes, then check with the command 'spawncmd status'
if the processes bksrvr and dsaux are running now. In case they are still not running, please
