Detailed Lesson Plan in English 3

I. Objectives
At the end of a 45-minute discussion, the Grade 3 students are expected to do the
following with at least 85% proficiency level:
a. identify antonyms for given words;
b. construct sentences using antonyms; and
c. show interest in learning about antonyms by active participation in class.

c. Materials Needed: Pocket charts, Pictures, Flashcards, Marker

A. Preliminary Activity

1. Prayer

“Class, let us all stand up for the prayer. (All students will stand up and Percy will lead
