    AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND CONSENT

    I, PAUL JOHN VERANA YADAO, father of GABRIEL MHAR FLORES


    YADAO, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and resident of San Teodoro, Agoncillo,
    Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
    depose and state:

    1. That I am giving full consent and authority to EMERLINDA FLORES,


    to apply for passport with the Department of Foreign Affairs and to apply for
    appropriate visa with the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Manila on behalf
    of my child GABRIEL MHAR FLORES YADAO:

    2. That I am giving full consent for my child to travel from the


    Philippines to the Dubai, United Arab Emirates with traveling companion,
    EMERLINDA FLORES, the mother of my common law spouse who is
    currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates;

    3. That I am giving consent to EMERLINDA FLORES to procure tickets


    for the travel of my child;

    4. That I am willing and able to maintain and support my child


    financially and guarantee that he will not become a public charge or burden
    during his stay in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
