1. Mode of operation
The system is divided into two operating modes, "automatic mode" and "manual mode",
in which the operator can operate each device, and all interlock conditions are not involved
in the control. In "Auto Mode", all interlock conditions participate in the control.
Oily condition
"Oil" status: After the operator confirms that the oil has passed the inspection, the TANK-
111 is selected as the oil state.
Quarantine status
"Isolated" status: After the operator confirms that the oil test fails, the TANK-111 is selected
as the isolation state.
Maintenance status
The Maintenance status is confirmed by the operator.
2 Automatic mode: The system automatically sorts after each batch of refueling according
to the cumulative running time of each pump. The oil pump with the shortest running time is
serial number 1.
Fuel pump maintenance mode
The operator can set the fuel pump to "maintenance mode" and automatically set the
failed pump to maintenance mode when the system detects a pump fault signal.
When the pump triggers the "maintenance mode", the oil sequence number of the faulty
pump will be set to "0", and the oil sequence of the other three oil pumps will be rearranged
to achieve the purpose of automatic switching. The principle of reordering is that the
sequence number of the oil pump greater than the sequence number of the faulty pump is
reduced by 1, and the sequence number of the oil pump that is smaller than the sequence
number of the faulty pump remains unchanged.
The motor winding of the oil pump, the motor housing is overheated, the motor bearing
is overheated, and the pump vibration coefficient is too high, all trigger the pump fault signal.
When the oil pump with oil sequence number 1 is running, if the flow rate of the oil pipeline
network does not reach the "set value of the operating flow of one pump", the oil pump with
oil sequence 2 will be started with a delay. If it is detected that the pressure of the oil pipeline
network is greater than the "stop pressure set value", the oil pump with oil generation
sequence number 1 will be stopped for a delay.
When there are two oil pumps running together, if it is detected that the flow rate of the
oil pipeline network does not reach the "two pumps operating flow set value", the oil pump
with oil sequence 3 will be started. If the flow rate of the detected oil pipeline network is
greater than the "two pumps operating flow set value", the oil pump with oil generation
sequence 2 will be stopped with a delay.
When the three oil pumps are running at the same time, if the flow rate of the oil pipeline
network is detected to be less than the "three pumps operating flow set value", the oil pump
with oil generation sequence of 4 will be started, and if the detected oil pipeline network flow
is greater than the "three pumps operating flow setting value", the oil production pump with
oil generation sequence of 3 will be stopped with delay.
When the four pumps are running at the same time, if the flow rate of the oil pipeline
network is detected to be less than the "four pumps operating flow set value", the alarm will
be prompted, and if the flow rate of the oil pipeline network is detected to be greater than
the "four pumps operating flow set value", the oil generation pump with the oil generation
sequence of 4 will be stopped with a delay.
5. Skimmer pump logic
When the system is in "manual mode", the operator can "start" and "stop" the skimmer
pump through SCADA. Not subject to interlock conditions.
Stop the CP-311 pump when FSLL311 trigger is detected when the system is in "Auto
