1 PAD Operation Guide

1.1 Feature Overview


This section describes the functions of the FusionModule app.

Home
● Home: Displays the smart module layout information, including the power,
cooling capacity, space, resources, energy efficiency, environment, and alarm
overview.

● Resource: Displays resource information such as the power, cooling capacity,


and space of the entire smart module.

● Energy: Displays the energy efficiency information of the cabinet, including


the energy efficiency curve and accumulated power consumption.

● Environment: Displays the cabinet environment information and detailed


information about each module in the cabinet. You can control devices such
as doors, skylights, and lighting.

● Active Alarms: Displays the statistics and list of active alarms of the current
device. You can acknowledge and clear active alarms.

● Historical Alarms: Displays the list of all handled alarms. You can sort alarms
by alarm generation time or alarm severity, and filter alarms by alarm
generation time or alarm severity.

iPower
iPower: Displays the power distribution link diagram of the smart module. You
can view the device information and parameters of power distribution devices.

Cooling
iCooling: Displays the cooling full link diagram. You can view the device
information and parameter information of cooling devices and track the energy
efficiency of cooling devices.

● More: Displays more functions. You can perform monitoring and maintenance
operations on devices, such as device monitoring, software upgrade,
parameter synchronization, and layout adjustment.

● Monitor: Displays the categories and lists of all devices. You can view real-

1.2 User Guide

1.2.1 Downloading and Installing the App

App Operating Environment Requirements


● Terminal: Android PAD
● Operating system: Android 6.0 or later; system memory: 4 GB or larger
● The PAD power is sufficient.

The PAD is successfully connected to the Internet.


Users can download and install the app through the Huawei AppGallery.

● Download the app from the Huawei AppGallery.


a. Install the Huawei AppGallery app. If you have installed the app, go to
b.

i. Visit https://appgallery.huawei.com using a phone browser, tap


in the upper left corner, and install the Huawei AppGallery app.
ii. If a message similar to that in Figure 1-12 is displayed, tap any
button below the message.

b. Open the Huawei AppGallery app, search for FusionModule, and tap
Install.
● Scan the QR code to download and install the app.
Scan the QR code on Maintenance > APP Obtaining on the ECC800-pro
WebUI, and download and install the app as prompted.

The PAD cannot connect to the Internet.


Download the app from Huawei technical support website, upload the app
software package to the PAD using a mobile storage device (such as a USB flash
drive), and install the app.

1. Obtain the app software installation package from Huawei technical support
website.
– For enterprise users:
i. Log in to https://support.huawei.com/enterprise.
ii. Search for DP*fm.apk.
iii. Choose Software & Tools.
iv. Download the DP_VxxxRxxxSPCxxx_fm.apk installation package of
the latest version.
– For carriers:
i. Log in to https://support.huawei.com.
ii. Search for DP*fm.apk.
iii. Click the Software & Tools tab, and then select Product Software
under Filter by Document Type.
iv. Download the DP_VxxxRxxxSPCxxx_fm.apk installation package of
the latest version.
On the Software tab page, download the app software and digital signature
file.
After the downloading is complete, use the digital certificate and verification
tool available at Huawei technical support website to verify the digital
signature of the software package.
a. Contact technical support to obtain the OpenPGP Signature Verification
Guide package.

b. Verify the integrity of a software package by referring to OpenPGP


Signature Verification Guide.pdf. If the verification fails, do not use the
package and contact technical support.
2. Install the apps.
a. Use a mobile storage device (such as a USB flash drive) to upload the
downloaded app installation package to the PAD.
b. Click the app installation file to install it.
After the installation is complete, check that the app icon is displayed on
the PAD desktop.

1.2.2 Logging In to the App


You can log in to the app using the account and password or facial recognition.

1.2.2.1 Preparations for Login


Before logging in to the app, set Wi-Fi parameters and the WLAN IP address of
the ECC800-Pro.

Prerequisites
You have obtained the Wi-Fi SSID, Wi-Fi password, and WLAN IP address of the
ECC800-Pro.

Procedure
1. On the PAD screen, tap the app icon.
NOTE

If you log in to the app for the first time, select I have read and accept to the above
statement carefully in the Privacy Statement dialog box, and click Accept.
2. On the app login screen, choose Setting > Network Connection. Select the
WiFi SSID set on the ECC800-Pro WebUI, and enter WiFi Password to log in.

3. On the app login screen, choose Setting > Communication IP Setting, set
the WLAN IP address of the ECC800-Pro, and tap OK.
NOTE

The default IP address is 192.168.245.10. Enter the actual WLAN IP address of the
ECC800-Pro.

1.2.2.2 Logging In to the App Using the Account and Password


You can log in to the app using the account and password.

Prerequisites
● You have obtained the user name and password for ECC800-Pro WebUI login.
● The PAD is connected to the ECC800-Pro over WiFi.

Procedure
1. On the app login screen, set User Name and Password, and tap Log In.

NOTE

● The user name and password for logging in to the app are the same as those for
logging in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI.
● After logging in to the app for the first time, change the initial password and keep
the password secure. You are advised to change the password periodically (every
three months) according to the password requirements.
● A maximum of three users can log in to the ECC800-Pro at the same time. If you
need to log in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI and app at the same time, you are
advised to use different user names to log in. Otherwise, you will be forced to log
out of either of them.

1.2.2.3 Logging In to the App Through Facial Recognition


You can log in to the app using the facial recognition.

1.2.2.3.1 Recording Facial Information


Only administrators can record facial information, modify associated users, and
delete facial data.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator. For details, see 1.2.2.2
Logging In to the App Using the Account and Password.
● Before recording face data by importing a file, you need to obtain the face
data file.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Face Account Management.
3. After reading the prompt, tap Confirm.
4. On the Face Account Management screen, select a recording mode based on
site requirements to record face data.
– Onsite recording: Tap ADD, enter face data as prompted, set associated
users and facial recognition login information, and tap OK.
– File import: Tap Import in the upper right corner of the screen and
import face data as prompted.
NOTE

● The face data is used only for the facial recognition function and will not be used
for other purposes. The face data is encrypted during transmission in the ECC800-
Pro to ensure that the personal data of users is fully protected.

● You can tap to modify associated users and tap to delete face data.

1.2.2.3.2 (Optional) Enabling Default Facial Recognition Login


After Default Facial Recognition Login is enabled, facial recognition is performed
by default when you log in to the app.

Prerequisites
You have recorded your facial data. For details, see 1.2.2.3.1 Recording Facial
Information.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Switch Control Center.

3. In the Switch Control Center dialog box, tap on the right of


Default Facial Recognition Login.

NOTE

● If facial recognition is performed by default when you log in to the app, you can
tap Password Login in the lower right corner of the facial recognition screen to
switch to the password login mode.

● To disable the Default Facial Recognition Login function, tap on the


right of Default Facial Recognition Login.

1.2.2.3.3 Logging In to the App Through Facial Recognition


After facial data is recorded, you can log in to the app through facial recognition.

Prerequisites
● You have recorded your facial data. For details, see 1.2.2.3.1 Recording Facial
Information.
● Enable Default Facial Recognition Login if needed. For details, see 1.2.2.3.2
(Optional) Enabling Default Facial Recognition Login.

Procedure
1. On the app login screen, tap Face Login, and align your face with the circle
on the app screen. After the recognition is successful, log in to the app.

1.2.3 Opening the Access Control System Using Facial


Recognition
Administrators can use the facial recognition function to enable the access control
function.

Prerequisites
You have recorded face data as an administrator.

Procedure

On the home screen of the app, tap in the upper left corner, choose Face in
the lower right corner, and align your face with the circle on the screen. After the
recognition is successful, the access control system is opened.

1.2.4 Monitoring Device


You can view details (real-time data and active alarms) about devices such as the
monitoring system, power distribution system, aisles, cooling system, and cabinets.
Some devices support functions such as control and parameter setting.

1.2.4.1 Turning On/Off Lights


When the local switch button or linkage switch is faulty, the administrator can
turn on or off the lights using this function.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The AC actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-Pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Monitor.
2. On the Monitor screen, perform related steps based on the device type.
– AC actuator:
i. Choose Aisle > AC Actuator Group, select an AC actuator, and tap
Operation Control.
ii. On the Operation Control tab, set Route 1 control mode to Light,
and Set light Mode to Manual. Tap Submit.

iii. Tap or on the right of Light control to turn on or off


lights.

– FusionModule actuator:
Choose Aisle > FusionModule Actuator Group, select a FusionModule
actuator, and tap Light Control.
NOTE

This operation can be performed only when Set light Mode of the FusionModule
actuator has been set to Manual on the ECC800-Pro WebUI.

1.2.4.2 Opening Scuttles


Administrators can use this function to open scuttles. This function will open the
skylights of the smart module. To close the skylights, you need to manually close
them. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The skylight actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Monitor.
2. On the Monitor screen, choose Aisle > Skylight Actuator Group or Aisle >
FusionModule Actuator Group. Select a skylight actuator or FusionModule
actuator, and tap Remote Scuttle Opening.

3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected, no


dialog box is displayed when the user needs to perform secondary authentication
within 12 hours.

1.2.4.3 Opening Doors


If O&M personnel forget to bring the access card or forget the password and need
to enter the smart module, the administrator can open the door. Door opening
will open the door of the smart module. Exercise caution when performing this
operation.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The access actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-Pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Monitor.
2. On the Monitor screen, choose Aisle > Access Actuator Group or Aisle >
FusionModule Actuator Group. Select an access actuator or FusionModule
actuator, and tap Remote Door Opening.

3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected, no


dialog box is displayed when the user needs to perform secondary authentication
within 12 hours.

1.2.4.4 Power-On/Off Devices


Administrators can use this function to power on or off the smart cooling devices.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The smart cooling device has been connected to the ECC800-Pro and is
running properly.
● The permission to control smart cooling devices has been enabled. For details,
see 1.2.7.2 Enabling the Permission to Control Smart Cooling Devices.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Monitor.
2. On the Monitor screen, tap Cooling, select a smart cooling device, and tap
ON or OFF.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

● If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected,

authentication within 12 hours.
● After the power-on/off are complete, the color of the corresponding cooling device
is updated on the iCooling screen. When the smart cooling device is started, it is
displayed in blue. When the smart cooling device is shut down, it is displayed in
gray and the related flow stops.

1.2.4.5 Setting Parameters for the Busway


The administrator can set busway parameters on the app.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● In the busway power distribution scenario, the general input unit or power
distribution unit of the busway has been connected to the ECC800-Pro. The
power supply branch has been configured and associated, and is running
properly.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Monitor.
2. On the Monitor screen, tap Power Distribution, select the general input unit
or power distribution unit, and tap Running Parameters.
3. On the Running Parameters screen, set parameters and tap SUBMIT.

1.2.5 Maintaining Devices


You can adjust the device layout, upgrade device software, configure the ECC800-
Pro by importing and exporting a configuration file, and synchronize device
parameters.

1.2.5.1 Adjusting the Device Layout


You can adjust the device layout in the smart module by using the iFind function.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The subrack information has been created on the ECC800-Pro, and the device
layout is configured.
NOTE

● The initial layout of the iFind depends on the floor layout of the ECC800-Pro home
screen.
● The iFind layout adjustment function can be used to adjust device positions but cannot
be used to add or delete device information.
● Administrators can use the editing function of the iFind to adjust the device location
and power configuration in the plan view. Operators can only view the iFind layout and
operate devices in blink mode.

Procedure
1. Choose More > iFind.
2. On the iFind screen, perform operations as required.
– Select a device and tap Blink to perform blink control.
– Tap Edit in the upper right corner, adjust the device location, change the
device name, and configure the battery level. Tap Save.

● Press and hold on the screen for 3 seconds before dragging.


● Only one administrator can use the editing function. If the plan view on the
ECC800-pro WebUI is in the editing state, users on other mobile terminals cannot
enter the editing state.
● After any administrator edits and saves the information on the iFind, the layout
information on the Environment, Cooling, and ECC800-pro WebUI is updated
synchronously.
● The new name takes effect immediately on the iFind screen. You do not need to
tap Save.

1.2.5.2 Upgrading Device Software


You can upgrade the software versions of the ECC800-Pro and its subdevices.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The upgrade software package has been uploaded to the PAD or USB flash
drive.
NOTE

The USB flash drive must be inserted into the ECC800-Pro.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Software Upgrade.
2. On the Software Upgrade tab, tap Create Tasks.
3. On the Create Tasks screen, select the upgrade mode, select the device
upgrade software package in File Upload, and tap Upload.

4. In the dialog box that is displayed, tap OK.


The upload takes about 1 to 3 minutes. When the system displays the
"Uploaded successfully." message, the file is uploaded successfully. After the
upgrade file is uploaded successfully, the screen lists the components and
versions that can be upgraded using the upgrade file.
5. Tap Upgrade in the Operation column. In the dialog box that is displayed,
tap OK.
NOTE

● You can select a feature or Board Support Package (BSP) program to upgrade it
separately.
● If an upgrade feature package is not required, tap Delete in the Operation column
to delete it.
● The ECC800-Pro upgrade package includes the ECC800 software upgrade program
and BSP software upgrade program. After the upgrade using the ECC800 upgrade
package, the ECC800-Pro system will restart.

1.2.5.3 Exporting System Data


You can export device data, configuration files, historical data, or device logs to
view, analyze, or configure devices.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● Devices that can store data locally, such as the integrated PDF, integrated
UPS, and smart cooling product, have been connected.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Export Data.
2. On the Export Data screen, tap Device Data, Configuration File, Historical
Data, or Device Log, set parameters as prompted, and tap Export.
NOTE

● To ensure data security, you need to enter the encryption password. Keep the
password secure so that the data package can be decompressed properly.
● If a USB flash drive is inserted into the ECC800-Pro, you can select the USB flash
drive as the export location and save the exported data to the USB flash drive.
Device logs can only be exported locally.

3. After the export is successful, tap Confirm in the dialog box that is displayed.
NOTE

If device logs are exported, you can tap Share to share the exported device logs with
other terminals.

1.2.5.4 Configuring Device Data


If the types and quantities of devices connected to two ECC800-Pros are the same,
you can export the configuration file of one ECC800-Pro and import the data to
complete the configuration of the other ECC800-Pro.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The configuration file has been exported. For details, see 1.2.5.3 Exporting
System Data.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Import Data.
2. On the Import Data screen, set parameters related to data import and tap
Import.
NOTE

The encryption password is set during data export. Therefore, when selecting a
configuration file, you need to enter the encryption password of the configuration file
so that the configuration file can be imported.
3. After the import is successful, tap CONFIRM in the dialog box that is
displayed.
NOTE

The ECC800-Pro will restart after you import the configuration file.

1.2.5.5 Synchronizing Device Parameters


If you need to quickly configure devices or replace faulty device components, you
can use the parameter synchronization function to quickly import device data.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The ECC800-Pro and devices have been powered on and are running properly.
● The target device has been replaced and is displayed in the device monitoring
list.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Parameter Sync.
2. On the Parameter Sync screen, select the source device and target device,
and tap Confirm.

– Source device: device before replacement or device that can be


synchronized.
– Target device: device after replacement or newly installed device.

NOTICE

● The source device can be a device that communicates properly or fails to


communicate, but the target device must be a device that communicates
properly.
● If communication between the ECC800-Pro and the device is interrupted
during parameter synchronization, the synchronization fails. Ensure that
the ECC800-Pro and the device communicate properly and synchronize
parameters again.

1.2.6 Viewing Data


You can use facial recognition to enable access control and view device
performance data, operation logs, access control events, asset information, and
device versions.

1.2.6.1 Viewing Performance Data


You can view the battery curve, battery discharge curve, or general performance
data of devices such as smart modules, PowerPODs, and preset modules.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● Devices of the smart modules, PowerPODs, and preset modules have been
connected to the corresponding ECC800-Pro.

1. Choose More > Perf Data.
2. On the Perf Data screen, choose the Battery Cure, Bat Discharge Curve, or
General performance data tab.

tab, tap Setting Query Condition or in the upper right corner, set
search criteria, and tap OK.

1.2.6.2 Viewing Operation Logs


Administrators can view the operation records of all users.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● An access control device, cabinet electronic lock, or fingerprint lock has been
connected, and access user management and access permission management
have been configured on the ECC800-Pro WebUI.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Operation Log.
2. On the Operation Log screen, view operation logs.

1.2.6.3 Viewing Access Control Events


You can view the records of door opening events for the access actuator, cabinet
electronic lock, smart module, and fingerprint lock.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app.
● An access control device, cabinet electronic lock, or fingerprint lock has been
connected, and access user management and access permission management
have been configured on the ECC800-Pro WebUI.

Procedure
1. Choose More > Access Event.
2. On the Access Event screen, view access control events.

You can view device asset details such as e-labels of system devices and other
devices.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.

2. On the Device Version Info screen, view the hardware version and software
version of the device.

1.2.6.6 Viewing Network Parameters


You can view the network parameters of the current PAD.

You have logged in to the app as an administrator.

2. On the Network Parameter screen, view the network parameters of the PAD.

1.2.7.1 Setting the PAD Power Control Policy


After the Intelligent Power Control switch is turned on, the PAD enters the
steady-on mode.

1.2.7.2 Enabling the Permission to Control Smart Cooling Devices


To start or shut down smart cooling devices, you need to enable High-Risk
Permission.

Prerequisites
You have logged in to the app as an administrator.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Switch Control Center.

3. In the Switch Control Center dialog box, tap on the right of High-
Risk Permission.
4. In the dialog box that is displayed, tap OK.
NOTE

● After the High-Risk Permission switch is turned on, if an administrator logs out of
the app and then logs in again, the switch is turned off by default.

● To turn off the High-Risk Permission switch, tap on the right of


High-Risk Permission.

1.2.7.3 Setting the Smoke Sensor Icon Display Policy


After the Whether to display the smoke sensor icon on the Environment
screen switch is enabled, the smoke sensor icon is displayed on the Environment
screen.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Switch Control Center.

3. In the Switch Control Center dialog box, tap or on the


right of Whether to display the smoke sensor icon on the Environment
screen.

1.2.7.4 Enabling the iCooling Function


If the smart module meets the iCooling configuration requirements, you can turn
on the iCooling switch on the app.

Prerequisites
Before turning on the iCooling switch, ensure that the smart module meets the
following configuration requirements:
● A cabinet-level temperature sensor has been installed.
● Electrical energy has been configured for the IT cabinet, network cabinet, and
smart cooling product.
● At least one cold aisle T/H sensor is installed for each smart cooling product.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Switch Control Center.

3. In the Switch Control Center dialog box, tap on the right of


iCooling.
4. In the dialog box that is displayed, tap Confirm.
NOTE

To turn off the iCooling switch, tap on the right of iCooling.

1.2.7.5 Setting the Home Screen Display Policy


Before using the app, you need to set the display policies for Home, iPower, or
iCooling on the home screen.

Display the smart module layout information, including the power, power

2.2 User Guide

2.2.1 (Optional) Setting the Language of the Smart Screen


Before using the smart screen, users can set the language as required.

Procedure
1. On the smart screen, choose Settings > More > Languages.

2. On the Language preferences screen, tap and hold on the right of


English (United States) and drag it forward to set the language to the first
choice 1.

2.2.2 Downloading and Installing the App

App Operating Environment Requirements


● Terminal: Android smart screen
● Operating system: Android 6.0 or later; system memory: 4 GB or larger

The smart screen is successfully connected to the Internet.


Users can download and install the app through the Huawei AppGallery.

1. Install the Huawei AppGallery app. If you have installed the app, go to 2.

a. Visit https://appgallery.huawei.com using a phone browser, tap in


the upper left corner, and install the Huawei AppGallery app.
b. If a message similar to that in Figure 2-11 is displayed, tap any button
below the message.

2. Open the Huawei AppGallery app, search for FusionModule, and tap Install.

The smart screen cannot connect to the Internet.


Download the app from Huawei technical support website, upload the app
software package to the smart screen using a mobile storage device (such as a
USB flash drive), and install the app.

1. Obtain the app software installation package from Huawei technical support
website.
– For enterprise users:
i. Log in to https://support.huawei.com/enterprise.
ii. Search for DP*fm.apk.
iii. Choose Software & Tools.
iv. Download the DP_VxxxRxxxSPCxxx_fm.apk installation package of
the latest version.

a. Use a mobile storage device (such as a USB flash drive) to upload the
downloaded app installation package to the smart screen.
b. Click the app installation file to install it.
After the installation is complete, check that the app icon is displayed on
the smart screen desktop.

2.2.3 Logging In to the App


You can log in to the app using the account and password or facial recognition.

2.2.3.1 Preparations for Login


Before logging in to the app, you need to set the language and IP address, smart
module IP address, or greetings on the smart screen.

2.2.3.1.1 Setting the Smart Screen IP Address


If the smart screen is connected to the ECC800-Pro using a network cable, you
need to set the smart screen IP address.

Procedure
1. On the home smart screen, choose Settings > More > Ethernet.
2. On the Ethernet screen, turn on the switch on the right of Ethernet and set
the smart screen IP address.

– Automatically obtaining network parameters: By default, the smart


screen uses DHCP to automatically set its IP address.
– Manually setting network parameters: Set Ethernet ip mode to static
and manually set network parameters.

2.2.3.1.2 Setting the Communication IP Address (Smart Screen Exclusively Used by


a Single Module)
Before logging in to the app, set the NetEco NMS IP address and ECC800-Pro
WLAN IP address.

Prerequisites
You have obtained the NetEco NMS IP address and ECC800-Pro WLAN IP address.

Procedure
1. On the home smart screen, tap the app icon.
NOTE

If you log in to the app for the first time, select I have read and accept to the above
statement carefully in the Privacy Statement dialog box, and click Accept.
2. On the app login screen, choose Setting > Communication IP Setting.

3. In the Communication IP Setting dialog box, set the NetEco NMS IP address,
large screen name, and ECC800-Pro WLAN IP address, and tap Confirm.

ECC800-Pro.

2.2.3.1.3 Setting the Communication IP Address (Smart Screen Shared by Multiple


Modules)
Before logging in to the app, set the NetEco NMS IP address and ECC800-Pro
WLAN IP address.

Prerequisites
● You have obtained the NetEco NMS IP address and ECC800-Pro WLAN IP
address.
● You have obtained the predefined large-screen information created on the
NetEco and the user name and password for accessing the third-party system.

Procedure
1. On the home smart screen, tap the app icon.
NOTE

If you log in to the app for the first time, select I have read and accept to the above
statement carefully in the Privacy Statement dialog box, and click Accept.
2. On the app login screen, choose Setting > Communication IP Setting.

3. In the Communication IP Setting dialog box, set the NetEco NMS IP address
and screen name.

4. Tap Select the NMS. In the Use a third party NMS account to log in dialog
box, enter the third-party username and password created on the NetEco, and
tap CONFIRM.
5. In the Please choose NMS large screen dialog box, select one of the
predefined large-screen lists configured on the NetEco, and tap CONFIRM.

6. Add a smart module based on site requirements and set the IP address for the
smart module to connect to the corresponding ECC800.
NOTE

● The default IP address is 192.168.245.10. Enter the actual WLAN IP address of the
ECC800-Pro.

● Tap or to add or delete a smart module.

7. Tap in the lower left corner of the home screen. In the displayed device
floating disk, tap the corresponding smart module and NetEco predefined
large screen to switch between the display screens.
NOTE

Each time you switch to a screen, the corresponding login screen is automatically
displayed.

8. On the displayed login screen, enter the user name and password of the
ECC800 or log in to the ECC800 using facial recognition to view the smart
module information.

NOTE

● When you log in to the NetEco predefined large screen for the first time, you need
to enter the user name and password for logging in to the NetEco WebUI.
● When a user records the same face in multiple smart modules, the user can log in
to one smart module and then switch to the other smart module without login
again.

2.2.3.1.4 (Optional) Setting Greetings


You can set the greetings to be displayed at the top of the home smart screen.

Prerequisites
The smart screen has been connected to the ECC800-Pro over a network cable.

Procedure
1. On the smart screen, tap the app icon.
NOTE

If you log in to the app for the first time, select I have read and accept to the above
statement carefully in the Privacy Statement dialog box, and click Accept.
2. On the app login screen, choose Setting > Greeting Settings.

2.2.3.2 Logging In to the App Using the Account and Password


You can log in to the app using the account and password.

Prerequisites
● You have obtained the user name and password for ECC800-Pro WebUI login.
● The smart screen has been connected to the ECC800-Pro over a network
cable.

Procedure
1. On the app login screen, set User Name and Password, and tap Log In.

NOTE

● The user name and password for logging in to the app are the same as those for
logging in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI.
● After logging in to the app for the first time, change the initial password and keep
the password secure. You are advised to change the password periodically (every
three months) according to the password requirements.
● A maximum of three users can log in to the ECC800-Pro at the same time. If you
need to log in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI and app at the same time, you are
advised to use different user names to log in. Otherwise, you will be forced to log
out of either of them.

2.2.3.3 Logging In to the App Through Facial Recognition


You can log in to the app using the facial recognition.

2.2.3.3.1 Recording Facial Information


Only administrators can record facial information, modify associated users, and
delete facial data.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator. For details, see 2.2.3.2
Logging In to the App Using the Account and Password.
● Before recording face data by importing a file, you need to obtain the face
data file.

Procedure

1. Tap in the upper right corner of the main screen.


2. On the Setting screen, tap Face Account Management.

After Default Facial Recognition Login is enabled, facial recognition is performed
by default when you log in to the app.

2.2.3.3.3 Logging In to the App Through Facial Recognition


After facial data is recorded, you can log in to the app through facial recognition.

● Enable Default Facial Recognition Login if needed. For details, see 2.2.3.3.2

Procedure
1. On the app login screen, tap Face Login, and align your face with the circle

2.2.4 Switching Smart Modules


In the scenario where multiple modules share the smart screen, you can switch to
display the configured smart module information. Only FusionModule2000 5.0
supports smart screen sharing among multiple modules.

Prerequisites
● Multiple modules have been configured to share the smart screen. For details,
see 2.2.3.1.3 Setting the Communication IP Address (Smart Screen Shared
by Multiple Modules).
● You have logged in to the app.

Procedure
1. On the home smart screen, tap in the lower left corner.
2. In the displayed device floating disk, tap the corresponding smart module and
NetEco predefined large screen to switch between the display screens.
NOTE

Each time you switch to a screen, the corresponding login screen is automatically
displayed.

3. On the displayed login screen, enter the user name and password of the
ECC800-Pro. The corresponding smart module information is displayed.
NOTE

● When you log in to the NetEco predefined large screen for the first time, you need
to enter the user name and password for logging in to the NetEco WebUI.
● When a user records the same face in multiple smart modules, the user can log in
to one smart module and then switch to the other smart module without login
again.

2.2.5 Monitoring Device


Users can view real-time data and active alarms of devices such as the monitoring
system, power distribution system, aisles, cooling system, and cabinets. In
addition, users can control devices and set parameters.

2.2.5.1 Turning On/Off Lights


When the local switch button or linkage switch is faulty, the administrator can
turn on or off the lights using this function.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The AC actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-Pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, tap Monitor in the lower right corner.
2. On the Monitor screen, perform related steps based on the device type.
– AC actuator:
i. Choose Aisle > AC Actuator Group, select an AC actuator, and tap
Runing Parameters on the right of the AC actuator.
ii. On the Operation Control tab, set Route 1 control mode to Light,
and Set light Mode to Manual. Tap Submit.

iii. Tap or on the right of Light control to turn on or


off lights.
iv. In the dialog box that is displayed, tap Confirm.
– FusionModule actuator:
Choose Aisle > FusionModule Actuator Group, select a FusionModule
actuator, and tap Light Control.
NOTE

This operation can be performed only when Set light Mode of the FusionModule
actuator has been set to Manual on the ECC800-Pro WebUI.

2.2.5.2 Opening Scuttles


Administrators can use this function to open scuttles. Scuttle opening will open
the skylight of the smart module. Exercise caution when performing this
operation.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The skylight actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, tap Monitor in the lower right corner.
2. On the Monitor screen, choose Aisle > Skylight Actuator Group or Aisle >
FusionModule Actuator Group. Select a skylight actuator or FusionModule
actuator, and tap Remote Scuttle Opening.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected, no


dialog box is displayed when the user needs to perform secondary authentication
within 12 hours.

2.2.5.3 Opening Doors


If O&M personnel forget to bring the access card or forget the password and need
to enter the smart module, the administrator can open the door. Door opening
will open the door of the smart module. Exercise caution when performing this
operation.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The access actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-Pro and are running properly.

2.2.5.4 Unlocking
If O&M personnel forget to bring the cabinet lock keys and need to open the
cabinet electronic lock, administrators can unlock the cabinet electronic lock.
Unlocking will open the electronic lock of the cabinet. Exercise caution when
performing this operation.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The access actuator and FusionModule actuator have been connected to the
ECC800-Pro and are running properly.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, tap Monitor in the lower right corner.
2. On the Monitor screen, choose Cabinet > IT Cabinet > Cabinet Electronic
Lock, select the cabinet electronic lock, and tap Remote Unlocking.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected, no


dialog box is displayed when the user needs to perform secondary authentication
within 12 hours.

2.2.5.5 Power-On/Off Devices


Administrators can use this function to power on or off the smart cooling devices.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The smart cooling device has been connected to the ECC800-Pro and is
running properly.
● The permission to control smart cooling devices has been enabled. For details,
see 2.2.8.1 Enabling the Permission to Control Smart Cooling Devices.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, tap Monitor in the lower right corner.
2. On the Monitor screen, tap Cooling, select the smart cooling device, and tap
ON or OFF on the right of the smart cooling device.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the password for the current
administrator and tap Confirm.
NOTE

● If Re-authentication is not required for this login(valid for 12Hour) is selected,


no dialog box is displayed when the user needs to perform secondary
authentication within 12 hours.
● After the power-on/off are complete, the color of the corresponding cooling device
is updated on the iCooling screen. When the smart cooling device is started, it is
displayed in blue. When the smart cooling device is shut down, it is displayed in
gray and the related flow stops.

2.2.5.6 Setting Parameters for the Busway


The administrator can set busway parameters on the app.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● In the busway power distribution scenario, the general input unit or power
distribution unit of the busway has been connected to the ECC800-Pro. The
power supply branch has been configured and associated, and is running
properly.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, tap Monitor in the lower right corner.
2. On the Monitor screen, tap Power Distribution, select the general input unit
or power distribution unit, and tap Running Parameters.
3. On the Running Parameters screen, set parameters and tap SUBMIT.

2.2.6 Maintaining Devices


You can adjust the device layout, upgrade device software, configure the ECC800-
Pro by importing and exporting a configuration file, and synchronize device
parameters.

2.2.6.1 Adjusting the Device Layout


You can adjust the device layout in the smart module by using the iFind function.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The subrack information has been created on the ECC800-Pro, and the device
layout is configured.

NOTE

● The initial layout of the iFind depends on the floor layout of the ECC800-Pro home
screen.
● The iFind layout adjustment function can be used to adjust device positions but cannot
be used to add or delete device information.
● Administrators can use the editing function of the iFind to adjust the device location
and power configuration in the plan view. Operators can only view the iFind layout and
operate devices in blink mode.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, choose Functions > iFind in the lower right corner.
2. On the iFind screen, perform operations as required.
– Select a device and tap Blink to perform blink control.
– Tap Edit in the upper right corner, adjust the device location, change the
device name, and configure the battery level. Tap Save.

NOTE

● Put your finger on the device and drag it.


● Only one administrator can use the editing function. If the plan view on the
ECC800-Pro WebUI is in the editing state, users on other mobile terminals cannot
enter the editing state.
● After any administrator edits and saves the information on the iFind, the layout
information on the Cooling, and WebUI is updated synchronously.
● The new name takes effect immediately on the iFind screen. You do not need to
tap Save.

2.2.6.2 Upgrading Device Software


You can upgrade the software versions of the ECC800-Pro and its subdevices.

● The upgrade software package has been uploaded to the smart screen or USB
flash drive.
NOTE

The USB flash drive must be inserted into the ECC800-Pro.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, choose Functions > Upgrade in the lower right corner.
2. On the Create Tasks screen, select the upgrade mode, select the device
upgrade software package in File Upload, and tap Upload.

3. In the dialog box that is displayed, tap OK.


The upload takes about 1 to 3 minutes. When the system displays the
"Uploaded successfully." message, the file is uploaded successfully. After the
upgrade file is uploaded successfully, the screen lists the components and
versions that can be upgraded using the upgrade file.
4. Tap Upgrade in the Operation column. In the dialog box that is displayed,
tap OK.
NOTE

● You can select a feature or Board Support Package (BSP) program to upgrade it
separately.
● If an upgrade feature package is not required, tap Delete in the Operation column
to delete it.
● The ECC800-Pro upgrade package includes the ECC800 software upgrade program
and BSP software upgrade program. After the upgrade using the ECC800 upgrade
package, the ECC800-Pro system will restart.

2.2.6.3 Exporting System Data


You can export device data, configuration files, historical data, or device logs to
view, analyze, or configure devices.

● Devices that can store data locally, such as the integrated PDF, integrated
UPS, and smart cooling product, have been connected.

Procedure
1. On the home screen, choose Functions > Export Data in the lower right
corner.
2. On the Export Data screen, tap Device Data, Configuration File, Historical
Data, or Device Log, set parameters as prompted, and tap Export.

● To ensure data security, you need to enter the encryption password. Keep the
password secure so that the data package can be decompressed properly.
● If a USB flash drive is inserted into the ECC800-Pro, you can select the USB flash
drive as the export location and save the exported data to the USB flash drive.
Device logs can only be exported locally.
3. After the export is successful, tap Confirm in the dialog box that is displayed.
NOTE

If device logs are exported, you can tap Share to share the exported device logs with
other terminals.

2.2.6.4 Configuring Device Data


If the types and quantities of devices connected to two ECC800-Pros are the same,
you can export the configuration file of one ECC800-Pro and import the data to
complete the configuration of the other ECC800-Pro.

2. On the Import Data screen, set parameters related to data import and tap
Import.

The encryption password is set during data export. Therefore, when selecting a
configuration file, you need to enter the encryption password of the configuration file
so that the configuration file can be imported.
3. After the import is successful, tap CONFIRM in the dialog box that is

The ECC800-Pro will restart after you import the configuration file.

2.2.6.5 Synchronizing Device Parameters


If you need to quickly configure devices or replace faulty device components, you
can use the parameter synchronization function to quickly import device data.

Prerequisites
● You have logged in to the app as an administrator.
● The ECC800-Pro and devices have been powered on and are running properly.
● The target device has been replaced and is displayed in the device monitoring
list.

NOTICE

● The source device can be a device that communicates properly or fails to


communicate, but the target device must be a device that communicates
properly.
● If communication between the ECC800-Pro and the device is interrupted
during parameter synchronization, the synchronization fails. Ensure that
the ECC800-Pro and the device communicate properly and synchronize
parameters again.

2.2.7 Viewing Data

2.2.7.1 Viewing Performance Data


You can view the general performance data, battery discharge curve, or battery
curve of devices such as smart modules, power modules, and preset modules.

Prerequisites
● Devices of the smart modules, PowerPODs, and preset modules have been
connected to the corresponding ECC800-Pro.

● A cabinet-level temperature sensor has been installed.


● Electrical energy has been configured for the IT cabinet, network cabinet, and
smart cooling product.
● At least one cold aisle T/H sensor is installed for each smart cooling product.

2.2.8.7 Setting Greetings


You can set the greetings to be displayed in the upper part of the Home screen on
the smart screen as required.

2.2.8.8 Setting the Big Screen Location


You can set the location of smart screen on the home screen based on the actual
installation position.

Procedure

Possible Causes
Two different types of power distribution devices are connected to the
FusionModule2000 or the current power distribution mode is a non-standard
power distribution solution. As a result, the power distribution link cannot be
properly displayed on the app.

Solution
Verify that only one type of power distribution device is connected to the
FusionModule2000 and the current power distribution mode is the standard power
distribution solution.

3.3 What Do I Do If the U Space Proportion Is Not


Displayed on the App?
Symptom
After the ECC800-Pro is connected to the NetEco, the U space proportion is not
displayed on the app.

Possible Causes
Assets corresponding to U spaces are not allocated on the NetEco.

Solution
Allocate the assets of the corresponding U space on the NetEco. For details, see
"Allocating a Device" in NetEco Product Documentation (Data Center).

3.4 What Do I Do If a Smoke Sensor or Water Sensor Is


Not Displayed on the App?
After connecting water and smoke sensors, log in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI and
place the sensors in the layout diagram through the smart module layout. For
details, see ECC800-Pro Data Center Controller User Manual.
