Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager
to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving
revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and managing existing accounts.
The Enterprise Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong
relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
expand the customer base.
Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and
influencers within customer organizations.
Account Management:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer
base.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in a
timely manner.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and customer
interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and market
insights, for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and investments.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for new customer acquisition and existing
account growth.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a healthy and well-maintained sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and
timely deal closures.
