1. Model version and location

It’s in Revit 2024, hosted under WAM hub.

2. Important things to keep in mind

• Please DO NOT change any setting in the view template, if anything
required, please let Angela know
• If any new sheet needs to be created, please let Angela create it for you.
• If any new view needs to be created for placing on sheets, please let
Angela create it for you.
• If you need to create new views for your modelling only, please make
sure you put your new views under B_Working category.
3. Two packages: SP2 & SP3
There’re 2 packages in this project, they are working in different areas:
- SP2 – Basement Seismic Upgrade (will be issued as Detailed Design on 2024-12-17)
SP2 is for the basement area only (scope box is called basement), all views for SP2 are setup
based on BASEMENT LEVEL.
Drawing background for SP2 is using structural model, Architect isn’t working on this
package.
Disciplines included in SP2: Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection and Mechanical.
- SP3 – Landscape Reinstatement (will be issued as Developed Design on 2024-12-06)
SP3 is for the site only (scope box is called SP3 & different zones), all views for SP3 are
setup based on LEVEL 01 (NOT LEVEL 00).
Drawing background for SP3 is using the first arch landscape model, structural team isn’t
working on this package.
Disciplines included in SP3: Electrical and Hydraulic only.
Please see the information of three linked models below:

4. The structure of views and sheets setup in the model

Combined services, electrical and hydraulic discipline has 2 packages going on, so each discipline
has 2 sets of views and sheets setup in the model. Please work on the correct view and sheet
accordingly.
Fire protection and Mechanical discipline only involves in SP2 package, so they only has SP2 view
and sheet setup in the model.
Please see screenshots below for the structure of views and sheets for all disciplines:

5. Phases
When modelling the as-built elements based on point cloud model, please make sure the phase
you are working on is EXISTING phase. That means all as-built elements you add into the model
are stored in the EXISTING phase.
When you finish the existing services modelling, and jump onto engineer’s markup to update
existing services to suit the new layout, please make sure you change your phase to NEW
CONSTRUCTION before you edit any as-built services.
