Description This project is divided into two main domains: Supply Chain Management (SCM)
and Sales, Service, Marketing (SSM).
The 7 Dynamics application handles various functions, including Field Service
Management (FSM), Project Portfolio Management (PMP), Ts-Hub, Service
Workflow, Project Case Management, Repair Management, and Customer Master

Title Process Approval Flow


Description The project is about creating the process approval flow with 6-7 stages of
approval. The approvers come dynamic from the list based on the category selected
while creating the new request.
The challenge for this is that all the stages of approval can go beyond 30 days and as
the requests (Flow Instance) will be timeout after 30 days if it is not gets completed.
As a workaround, we have created the flow which will run or create/update the
item. On each stage of approval, it will re-run the new instance and request for the
approval.

Title Asset Tracking App


Description I successfully managed the Asset Inventory Process, coordinating with the
Operations team to create and track new assets using Tablets, distinguishing
between Items and Boxes, and ensuring accurate descriptions and data
completion. Generating daily reports for the Move Management Team
(MMT) and Reports team, I facilitated the integration of inventory data into
Navision for financial processes. Additionally, I streamlined the Client Request Out
of Store Process through the Burberry application, enabling clients to request

Title Employee Tracker
Description Time tracking system that records employees' work statuses, including being
in the office, working remotely, on regular days off, and on leave. The system
should allow employees to log their work status, such as teleworking on
specific days, being on leave, or being in the office. Supervisors
should also be able to access and manage this information. The system needs
to accommodate multiple records for different days, both in the past and
future, and enable a broad range of work status categories, such as telework,
leave, regular days off, and more. The aim is to create a detailed and flexible
platform that provides visibility into employees' work arrangements.

Title Official Travel Request Application


Description The official travel request form entails selecting various details such as
the traveler's name, start time, end time, and expected costs associated with
the travel. This application implements a role-based approval system, where
approvals are contingent upon the user's role within the
organization. These roles include Non-Management, Branch Chief, Division
Chief, Associate Assistant Director, and Director. The approval hierarchy
consists of levels such as Branch Chief, Division Chief, Associate Assistant
Director, Director, Hq Staff, and MSO. This structured approval process
ensures that travel requests are evaluated and authorized by the appropriate
personnel based on their organizational responsibilities and authority.

For the implementation of this application, PowerApps and Power Automate


are employed as the core tools. PowerApps is utilized to design and create the
user interface and functionality of the official travel request form. It facilitates
the selection and input of essential details like traveler's name, travel start
and end times, and projected expenses.

Additionally, Power Automate is integrated to orchestrate the approval


workflow based on the designated user roles. This automation tool handles
the sequential approval process, ensuring that the travel requests are directed
to the appropriate individuals for authorization. Depending on the user's role,
the request is automatically routed to the relevant approver, such as Branch
Chief, Division Chief, Associate Assistant Director, Director, Hq Staff, or MSO.

By leveraging the capabilities of PowerApps and Power Automate, this


application streamlines and automates the entire travel request and approval
procedure, leading to improved efficiency and accuracy in managing official
travel within the organization
