    HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT - DUKHAN

    Primary purpose of job


    To provide accurate and consistent specialized expertise related to workplace and safe work practice in operational areas
    specially for plant safety performance.
    - Supervise and ensure the day-to-day activities at the assigned area and ensure compliance of personnel and contractors
    to safety regulations, procedures and safe work practice.
    -Conduct regular safety audits to operational areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations and safe work
    procedures.
    - Respond safely to emergency calls and requests for assistance, give support and coordinate resources relative to his
    responsibilities.
    - Investigate incidents, near misses and safety violations.
    - Visit the site to determine the direct and indirect/root causes of accidents and provides recommendations to avoid
    recurrence.
    - Track safety issues related to safety at his area of responsibility and remain fully informed of the challenges facing work
    locations.
    - Review projects HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments, job safety analysis etc.

    Experience & Skills


    Minimum 10 years in operational safety environment including 3 years in oil, gas or petrochemical fields.

    Education
    Bachelor's degree or HND in Health & Safety.
    Diploma in Safety Management or risk management.
    Recognized Safety course NEBHOSH
