    Dear Sir,

    Concessionaire thankfully acknowledges the receipt of IE's letter cited under ref. 02, vide which
    approval for Plan & Profile between Km. 179+998 to Km. 191+000 and between Km. 197+000
    to Km. 204+495 has been communicated
    subject to fulfilment of terms & conditions stated
    therein
    However, approval for following sections of submitted Plan &Profile drawings, kept under hold
    by IE, for the want of HFL data.

    In this regard, Concessionaire would like to draw your kind attention toward its letter under ret.
    no. 04, vide which Executive Engineer, Water Resource Department, Vellore, Tamil nadu, was
    requested to provide the HFL data for captioned project alignment. Although, during discussion
    with the WRD department, it was conveyed that as the sestretches do not fall under their
    jurisdiction, therefore, HFL data pertaining to the same is not available with the department.

    Further, the Concessionaire has ingquired the Local Residents/ Sarpanch/ Gram Panchayat
    Members etc., to explore the HFL data, and subsequently comes to know that the areas faling
    within the project alignment have never experienced fiood in past 50 years.

    In light of the is requested to, kindly scrutinize, and accord your concurrence
    above, it
    drawing of balance 3.27 Km stretch, as stated above.
