2 a When I was in school, I disliked swimming the most because I could not swim. Every time
we had a swim class, I felt anxious and embarrassed. The chlorinated water irritated my eyes,
and I struggled to stay afloat. Unlike other sports where I could rely on my friends for support,
swimming felt like an isolating and frustrating experience. After several attempts and many
uncomfortable moments, I dreaded every swim lesson and avoided it whenever possible.

b. I don't like swimming because I'm not proficient in the sport. The chlorine in the water
always makes my eyes sting, and I quickly feel tired after a few laps. Every time I get into the
pool, I struggle to stay afloat and often feel embarrassed. I prefer activities on land where I feel
more confident in my abilities.
