Detailed Responsibilities:
Developing brand strategy: responsible for developing and executing strategies that
will enhance brand identity for William Penn, Sheaffer and Lapis Bard.
Be a brand ambassador, maintaining a deep understanding of the Brand persona,
brand's values and identity and have a deep understanding of brand customers in terms
of their needs and how is brand solving that need
Create brand calendar for the year from the annual brand strategy as finalized,
building annual, quarterly, and monthly brand calendar for William Penn, Sheaffer and
Lapis Bard.
Create yearly budget basis the brand calendar and activities planned for the year for
each of the brands.
Strategize, Develop, and execute a multi-channels brand communication
campaigns basis brand calendar and budgets, including development of content, Key
visuals, E-commerce content and social media strategy to strengthen brand presence,
maintaining content quality, improve engagement, and support sales channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Own the Media Budget for the brand, strategize campaigns across channels, allocate
media spending across various ATL & BTL channels. Conduct campaigns and work on 6
core pillars of Media – Media strategy, Media planning, media execution, post campaign
evals, media effectiveness and competition tracking.
Social Media Marketing: create a weekly, monthly, and annual content calendar,
coordinate with agency for content creation, post on platforms and review / Audit its
performance on regular basis. Social Listening for the brands – William Penn, Lapis Bard
and Sheaffer.
Influencer Marketing: Strategy, ideation, vetting, execution of Influencer marketing
Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, including the creation, distribution, and
optimization of content across digital assets.
Oversee the content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring it remains
relevant, engaging, and optimized for different platforms.
Supervise the creation of all digital content, including blogs, product descriptions, web
content, social media posts and store related content.
Strategically assign and manage resources (both internal and external) to deliver
projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with various teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure consistent story
telling across all channels and to establish a strong brand presence.
Develop, implement & manage social media strategy, adapting it as per market trends.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and social media,
ensuring they are met consistently.
Stay updated on social media, content creation best practices, and emerging
technologies to incorporate into future strategies.
Utilize social media management tools to schedule, track, and optimize posts.
Track user engagement metrics and analyze data to suggest content optimizations for
social media.
Strategize and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and
engagement.
Skills Required
Experience in brand strategy & management, brand audits and market research
Proven track record in managing media budgets and multi-channels campaigns,
Experience in budget allocation across channels and working on Media effectiveness.
Proven experience in content strategy development and social media management, with a
strong focus on content creation
Expertise in leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for
brand awareness, user engagement, and performance marketing.
Excellent knowledge of content creation tools and social media marketing tools.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media KPIs, and content optimization.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and initiative-taking
approach towards problem solving.
Good team management and leadership skills, with experience in hiring and training.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a challenging environment, ensuring deadlines are
met across multiple projects.
