RENAULT RNET TOKEN CARD
RECYCLED TOKEN ACTIVATION PROCEDURE Created On: 14-AUG-2020

1. RECYCLED TOKEN - ACTIVATION PROCEDURE:

1.1 RNET CREDENTIALS FROM TOKEN ADMINISTRATION TEAM:


Once the RNET Token account recycled, administration team will send the token IPN
along with the activation password to you through mail.

1.2 Check your Diagnostic Tool Computer’s internet connection.

1.3 Open IDX-SCM (Open Trust) Application from your Diagnostic Tool Computer.

1.4 The application will prompt you to ‘Card Activation’ procedure. It will ask you for User
ID and Password.

1.5 Enter the Token IPN (d1*****) in User ID column and the given Password in the
appropriate column shared by the token administrator team through mail already. And click
on the Continue button to proceed further.

1.6 Next step, the application prompts towards Choice of PIN Code procedure. Please read
the given instructions and create a password to in line with the rules given in the
instruction. Please enter the password in the PIN code column. Enter the same password
on the PIN code confirmation column also. Click on next button to proceed further.
NOTE: The password which is created during activation process should be remembered and keep it
confidential.

1.7 Now the application will configure your token card and it will try to import the certificate
on your card. Wait until the application complete all the actions about to activate the card.

1.8 After all the actions performed, the card will be successfully activated. Now the card
can be used in CLIP / EURO5 Modules for Auto Configuration and Re-Programming
operations.

1.9 Kindly check your token card status and application details by accessing dcs portal.

1.10 If the token card is not activated successfully, kindly ensure the internet connection
and try again the same procedure to activate the card.
