Wellness Check App

The "Wellness Check App" project aims to provide a seamless, user-friendly platform designed
to enhance users' mental and physical well-being through regular wellness check-ins. Built using
modern web technologies, the application delivers an aesthetically pleasing interface with a
minimalistic approach, allowing users to effortlessly navigate and interact with the features.

The primary goal of this project is to offer users a safe, intuitive environment where they can
monitor and manage their wellness routines. Key features of the app include:

Minimalistic Design: Focused on delivering content in a clean, distraction-free manner.

Ease of Navigation: A user interface designed for simplicity and accessibility.
Aesthetic Ambience: Modern aesthetics with carefully chosen visuals to promote a calm
atmosphere.
Efficient Resource Usage: Designed for organizations or users with limited server capacity or

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

The traditional approach to accessing study materials often poses several

challenges for students, including scattered resources, lack of organization, and difficulty in
finding relevant content efficiently. Students typically resort to multiple sources such as
textbooks, online platforms, and personal notes, leading to a fragmented study experience.

This fragmented approach to study material access results in:

o Time Consumption: Students spend valuable time searching for materials across various
sources, impacting their study productivity.

o Information Overload: The abundance of unorganized content can lead to information

overload, making it challenging for students to prioritize and focus on key topics.

o Lack of Structure: Absence of a structured format for study materials can hinder
understanding and retention of concepts.

o Un-uniformity in resources online.

o Cost of maintenance of servers and website.

PURPOSE/GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

PURPOSE:

To create an all-in-one study material module website that serves as a comprehensive

platform for students to access organized study materials for different academic years. Our
objective is to provide a user-friendly and efficient system that simplifies the process of
finding and utilizing study resources.

GOALS:

PROJECT SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS:

Our website is mainly for now is focused on students of BBA CA, we did make sure to
include all the three years with respective subject and there previous year study material with
the ongoing years. As we in future aiming to expand this website to more field and branches.

SCOPE:

o Centralized repository for study materials across different academic years and subjects
o User authentication and account management features
o Search functionality with filtering and sorting options.
o Tagging system for organizing study materials effectively.
o Forums and student social pages.
o Nationwide distribution of software.

Limitation:
o Resource Limitations.
o Limited budget or resources for extensive development or customization.
o Availability of study materials based on external sources .
o Device compatibility is not vast yet.
o Not much server or space resources for expansion.

 SYSTEM ANALYSIS

EXISTING SYSTEM:

Demsten’s system is currently complete in its backbone form, it has helping and navigating interface that
is really helpful in saving time, consisting organized and multiple pages and semester wise divided for
each and every year student that can even access previous or next year study material as for the
requirement. The website has an attractive and soothing home page and aesthetics that ensure security of
user.

The current system is designed to cater the young generations with palettes with colour’s that
scientifically reduce stress and anxiety. The system uses code reusability features that helps updating pdfs
to the systems easier.

Html Css Script Js/php are currently used in this system. Internet connection is required to access certain
features of the website.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS OF EXISTING SYSTEM:

SCOPE:

o A student social forum corner where students of the same batch can study and test each other.
o Search bar for different aspects
o User login and database for more personal experience
o A progress bar to motivate students
o Teachers modules where students can talk to their professors
o Distribution to rural schools and managements
o Section where management can update news and other things
o Add a colleges library resources into the website as resources

LIMITATIONS:

• Cost lot of money

• Not accessible to many areas
• Less resource availability
• No database to manage users
• Device compatibility is limited to monitor orientation

Project Perspective, Features :

Perspective: the project was created in the vision to help the less fortunate organizations to provide better
resources for their students and also so most college students do not have to run around to fetch for study
material of their courses .

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

While developing the system a conscious effort has been made to create and develop a software package,
making use of available tools, techniques and resources that would generate a proper System While
making the system, an eye has been kept on making it as user-friendly, as cost-effective and as flexible as
possible. As such one may hope that the system will be acceptable to any user and will adequately meet
his/her needs. As in case of any system development processes where there are a number of
shortcomings, there have been some shortcomings in the development of this system also. We hope our
project will be used for the intended purpose and may it benefit atleast some students.

FUTURE SCOPE

The application is built on the technology that makes it pretty flexible. This allows us to add on
functionalities as and when required.

Few important enhancements which are more like a necessity for the software to keep up with the
competitors include:

● android/ios and tablet friendly UI.

● Allow user to search required document
● A Mobile App
