1 Working as a Regional NAPS & Talent Acquisition Manager with Sodexo India Services Pvt
Limited from 08-Nov-2022- till date.
Key Responsibilities

1. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
2. Creating a better perception about Brand Sodexo by exhibiting and implementing best people practices of
Sodexo in the region.
3. Creating better Brand Pull by participating in various Industrial, Social, and academic forums. Serving as a
liaison with business/operation team, regional NAPS recruiters, NAPS TPA. Support operation team to create
Training Centre (TC) at the region in association with TPA.
